Step out on your covered lanai to breathe in the soothing island air. It’s fun to sit around the table on the lanai and recall your day of fun on the golf course, around the beautiful community pool, or playing on some of the best beaches you’ll find anywhere. Nearby is Kamaole Beach III, famous worldwide for its great beach, snorkeling, calm swimming waters, and excellent facilities. You’ll never get enough of the view on Kamaole Beach III.
Your Haleakala Shores A-309 main living area is a great room that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. No matter what you are doing in this beautiful condo, you can still be part of the conversation and fun. Large windows bring the lush tropical foliage into your living room.
If there’s ever a day or evening where you’re staying put in at the condo and not venturing out, you can entertain yourself with the large flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. You also have a CD player so you can listen to your favorite music and free Wi-Fi that keeps you in touch with friends back home.
You may not want to cook at all while you’re in Maui. You certainly wouldn’t have to with all the restaurant options available. But, if you’d like to prepare a home-cooked meal for you and your friends, your Haleakala Shores A-309 kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Just pick up ingredients at the neighborhood grocery and you’ll be all set. You also have a community grilling area with gas grills in case you want to grill some steaks or locally caught seafood.
You can serve your group around the dining room table or for a special treat take your food out onto the lanai and enjoy it in the fabulous Maui air. Food always seems to taste even better when eaten outdoors.
After you’ve watched the colorful sunset over the beach and things are starting to wind down for the day, you’ll begin thinking about a good night’s rest. You won’t have far to go to your retreat. Just off the Haleakala Shores A-309 living room is your primary bedroom that’s outfitted with a king-sized bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a large dresser to hold all your clothes.
Just off your primary bedroom is your en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and pedestal sink. You’ll find plenty of fresh towels and washcloths too. When morning comes, it won’t take long for you to be showered, dressed, and out on the lanai enjoying your first cup of Kona coffee.
You can pack light when you stay at Haleakala Shores A-309 because there’s an in-home washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. Just toss in a load and head out for the beach.

Greta place to stay on maui
Host has kept beach chair, umbrellas and snorkeling gears which are very useful. Location is central and walk distance from Good beach and beach park. Host is also really nice and accommodating.
We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit! The carpets were filthy and were terribly stretched. So bad in fact, that I tripped more than once on the stretched wrinkles on the rugs.The rug in the living room was so old and dirty and matted that we didn’t dare walk around in this unit without shoes on! The neighborhood was kind of seedy. They were parked cars all along the street in front of our unit with homeless people living in their vehicles. And it was very noisy! It was too bad because the unit was actually very spacious and well equipped.The pool was also dirty with floating debris from the vegetation around the pool as well as cloudy from sunscreen, lotion, and oils floating on the surface. We tried several times to contact the property manager, but they were never there at their office.We’ve been coming to Maui for over 30 years, but we won’t be coming back to this unit.
There are several homeless, living in vans, parked directly under the balcony. Couldn't enjoy the outside space. The bedroom carpet was very dirty. There were no cleaning solution to clean with. The air condition unit in the master was badly rusted. The airconditioning was not efficient for the space. The unit was old and needs remodeling. All in all was not impressed. living space.
Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was important to us as we are 2 couples staying together. This condo had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our 16 day stay! The location was excellent, being a quick walk to the beach as well as a number of restaurants. The condo was somewhat dated but very clean. The kitchen working area is pretty small, allowing only 1 person in the kitchen at a time, but was well equipped and we cooked in often. The bbq area by the pool is great, with tables and chairs for visiting while you cook. The pool area is clean and lovely.Jude was excellent to deal with and we would definitely stay here again!
Overall great experience in Kihei. House was adequately stocked for all our needs. Few little touches here and there could have been cleaner but was an easy fix for me to do.
Everything about our stay was lovely from the welcome basket full of Maui Cofee and snacks to the amenities. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and even had beautiful bamboo and glass storage containers. Plenty of beach chairs, and towels. Right across the street from Kam 3 in a prime location. Super happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Two king beds, 2 bathrooms, air conditioners, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, fully equipped kitchen. Loved coming back to our temporary home after a long day of exploring the island. Thank you!

The condo provided everything we needed after a day at the beach or an afternoon at the pool. Simple. Clean. Perfect.
We arrived early and were able to get the luggage into the room while it was still being cleaned. That was great as it allow us to start our vacation early. We were recommended to go to Fred's and this quickly became our hangout for most of the week. Amazing food and drinks and people were all very nice. The room was spacious and a little dated in the bedroom and bathroom but the beds was amazing. This bed was as comfortable as my bed back home. I would definitely go back to room A309 again and again. Thank you for a memorable week!
It was real nice that supplies were available for use, however we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the snorkel gear. We were able to take advantage of the chairs, ice chest for a couple of excursions we did.
