This Seattle-based owner has anticipated every guest need and addressed it in consummate style. Newly installed Split AC, a lavishly equipped kitchen set up to prepare and serve your own island feast with high-end appliances and a full array of small appliances and kitchen ware. The decor features beautiful wall art by well-known local artists. The new King bed is fitted with luxury linens, and the private en-suite bathroom was completely remodeled. A comfortable sleeper sofa provides great separation from the bedroom, and the unit hosts four guests in comfort and style.
You'll find this unit exceptionally well equipped -- beach gear is provided, including umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs. Just across the street, the long sloping beach lawn of Kamaole III is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunsets.
The unit also features a massive Smart streaming TV and separate TV in the bedroom, and lightning-fast WiFi with signal throughout. The kitchen was completely remodeled with stunning granite counters and hardwood cabinets. Upscale and comfortable furnishings dress the unit, and high-quality fixtures and fans were installed throughout the unit. There is an in-unit washer-dryer. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made the stay very easy. It was also fairly clean. Overall, a solid experience and I would stay here again.
We loved staying at HK 150. The updates in this unit are luxurious and substantial. Very clean and well appointed. Really make you feel special. Sitting at the back of the property is nice and with a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved walking before the sun rose to enjoy how the colors changed in the sky and the beautiful property.
Great condo! Host was always there if I had any questions. Nice and clean with no bugs getting in. Love the VW theme also as I was a bus and bug owner in my youth. Had a guitar in the outside closet. That was really cool even though I brought my own. Had all the things we needed to go to the beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a lot more we did not use. We would stay again for sure.
Great stay at #150. The place was super clean. The kitchen was fully loaded with all needed utensils. Split AC was quiet and worked excellent. It was nice to keep living area a little warmer and the bedroom cooler for sleeping. Would highly recommend.
We had a great stay and loved this place. Was so close to a very nice beach, walkable distance. Pool was right in sight of the room. Easy to park and access anything you could want. Would recommend it to anyone.
The condo was really well located near the beach. It was easy to walk right across and catch the sunset and a short drive to everything we needed. It is also very close to the pool which was nice—all we had to do was walk out the back door and we were right there. It has very cute decorations and was a nice place to stay for our Maui vacation.

This is very cute and convenient place to stay with great ocean view and beautiful grounds. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Park and beach are across the street and shops are within walking distance. We would definitely book this place again. Kudos to management on timely and proactive communication.

We really enjoyed our stay here...We gave it 3 stars for a few reasons... 1) The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and kept us up till all hours of the night 2) The dishwasher kept falling forward when we tried to load and unload it.
We enjoyed this tremendously. It fit all our needs, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, bbq, starters for laundry and cleaning the dishes if we chose to do so, and we felt so comfortable the entire stay. We were close to the pool, enjoyed dinner on the lanai at sunset, and walked to the beach to see turtles every day. We loved that we could easily walk to so many things. It was hard to say goodbye so we said ALOHA!

Really liked our stay at the property. They provided a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella which was super helpful. We liked the proximity to the pool & BBQs as well.
We had an excellent stay here! Unit came completely stocked with everything we needed (including convenient touches like beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc.). Beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkelling all within walking distance. Really pretty plumeria trees all around the complex! Property management company is very responsive. Kihei was an excellent place to be based for both beaches and excursions around the island.
We stayed for 10 days with our toddler & couldn’t have asked for a better property. The unit is steps away from the pool & the ocean view is gorgeous. The complex is minutes from the beach & easy walking access to the cafes & restaurants in Kihei. The unit has beach chairs, a cooler & beach towels - all the basics you need for a beach day. Communication with the property manager was extremely quick and always very helpful. They also helped us coordinate a few rentals for our toddler with a local company. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place & would absolutely love to stay again. We would especially recommend for kids of any age. Our son loved to run around in the open courtyard by the pool & made lots of friends.
This was an upgraded property in great condition. One of the pools were near the patio, with the beach directly across the street. A very comfortable property to stay in!
Close handy to upper pool and barbeques. Some noise from upstairs unit furniture moving on tile floor. Could use more t spoons and coffee cups. Awkward opening and closing dishwasher door. Split AC great. Nice shower.
