Great Location- Quiet Beach, Small Complex, Walk to Bars & Restaurants

Loved it here! Would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Maui.

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the location and amenities. The stocked beach supplies and the closet were a major plus for the kids and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Hosts were also great communicators. We had such a lovely vacation and would love to return one day!

It was wonderful! It was beautiful, had everything you can possibly need, and was very clean.

We loved the location - away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of the island, less than a block away from the beach for sunset and daily walks. The unit was as pictured - clean, well organized, and provided the amenities as noted. Would definitely stay again on our next visit to the island!

Good communication. The place was stocked well and quiet. It was surprising it was so quiet since there are quite a few units in the area. Nice proximity to the beach.

Our family of four enjoyed all aspects of the condo and the complex. The condo was clean with everything you need for the beach, including a life vest for our 9 year old daughter and snorkel gear. We didn’t realize all that was available so we brought our own, save yourself a suitcase and use theirs! We love being on ground level with easy access to the pool and beach. Every time we’ve come to Maui we’ve stayed in the condo complexes that surround Kihei Garden Estates so we were familiar with the area and knew the beach was so close and a super short walk. Even though there are a lot of homeless people in the area we felt safe walking around. Times grocery is directly behind the condo and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Nalu’s - so good!The pool and hot tub are great as well, good size, quiet and fun for the kids. The complex is safe and we felt safe leaving stuff on the lanai to dry overnight. We also loved the mango tree right outside and the monkey pod trees and palm trees right outside, great for listening to the birds as the sun comes up. We’ve stayed at the beachside condos across the Streep but honestly, we enjoyed this one the most. We will definitely try and reserve this condo again when we come back. Mahalo!!

Great place in central Kihei for a family. Across the street from beach access and surrounded on the other side by great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as mentioned in VRBO. Beds were very comfortable, and slept great. Condo was clean and had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities needed. Was nice having extra beach towels and beach accessories if needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a clean, well stocked small condo in Kihei with easy access to stores and restaurants.I prefer to stay in properties with direct access to good beaches, and there was quite a bit of homeless activity around the complex, which may be because there’s a church that provides laundry service for them next-door. So if you’re hoping for a Maui resort vibe, this may not be for you. But, otherwise, it was convenient to many things, and we were comfortable and happy with the cooking gear in the kitchen.

The condo was very clean and the lanai had a cover that made the afternoon sun tolerable. There were movies, puzzles, books and beach equipment. I had questions about the TV and the manager called me right away to help me resolve the issue.The hot tub was very nice however some nights no one turned the heater on so it was not usable.

Very clean and quiet, beds super comfy, and as far as I could tell one of the only units in the complex with fancy split A/C system.

Fantastic! This cute condo is in a perfect location. Beautiful grounds, relaxing, and super fun. They had beach items for us to use and it was an easy check in and check out process. We will be back!

Nicely remodeled unit in a central location for exploring all of Maui! Unit has everything you need including all the beach gear. Even a mango tree in the courtyard that produced delicious mangos all week!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Kihei. It is within walking distance of everything you need: beach, grocery, restaurants, and Tamura's for the best poke. The condo had all the amenities and more, which was great for our family of four. There was a huge mango tree right next to this condo and the caretaker was there and gave us mangos that had fallen off the tree. It was delicious! It was great to have all their beach gear organized and ready for a day of fun. Staci was a wonderful and flexible host. She was very communicative and when we needed to extend our checkout due to a late travel day, she rearranged cleaning to help us out. We were so grateful and cannot thank them enough. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was exactly as advertised. The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds, the outdoor area was cozy for lots of late night card games, there were thoughtful extras such as beach chairs and towels, and close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

Exactly what we needed.This was a perfect home base for exploring such a wonderful island. The kitchen and closet were stocked with everything we needed, which saved us money on renting gear and eating out. It felt more like a home than a resort-style place. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot near a beautiful, uncrowded beach, this is the place to stay.

My friend and I went to Kihei for a medical trip. It was a nice quiet area for me to rehab and Karen enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed dining at the food trucks.

The size of the unit is perfect for a family of 4. It’s a clean, fun property with all the amenities of home. The pool, grill, and common areas are perfect for lounging, prepping food, and enjoying the water just a little bit more! Highly recommend!!!

Very comfortable. People upstairs were noisy with kids running around late at night.

Beautifully updated unit, super comfy beds and lanai furniture with best location in the complex. Well outfitted. Great tv and internet services. We’ve been staying at units in Kihei Garden Estates since 1995 and this is our favourite.

We had a great stay here. Loved the backyard area, the pool, short walk to the beach. Great location- close to grocery store, restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc. Easy check-in and quick replies. The property had everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

Great place to stay. Ground floor, everything you could ever need with a family vacation. Loved the beach across the street - nicknamed it turtle beach for how many we saw!

Close to the beach, store, shops, etc. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Perfect for our family of four. Chairs for the beach and toys for the kids to play with. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Outside lanai is great for relaxing while enjoying the landscape. Mahalo!

Overall great stay. Its in a grear location in Kihei with walking distance to shops, food trucks, grocery store and restaurants. The beach is 5 mins away. The pictures listed of the condo are outdated and do not reflect the current layout or furniture. The couch is very used and dirty. The closet full of supplies was very usefull. Had lots of beach supplies and laundry needs.

Great stay on Khei. Condo is well appointed. Mini split air worked great and quiet. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Complex really quiet. Nice pool. Excellent location. Great communication. Best condo I have stayed in Khei. Look forward to staying again

Oh. My…. The reach is within a 5 minute walk, fully stocked kitchen (including sharp knives, iykyk), comfortable beds, all the beach things you could think of at your disposal. Walking distance to resultants and the grocery store. Sea turtles and sunsets daily!

My family and I loved our stay in this condo. The place was clean, had a storage closet full of beach toys, snorkel gear, and extra sunscreen. The kitchen had plenty of sealable containers to store food for the beach as well! The bed was so incredible in the master. The lanai and yard area was a great place to return to. We played smash ball in the yard many nights. The premise is kept so very clean and it’s quiet. The families at the pool were all very nice and were a combination of local and visitors. The grocery store is steps away which was a major plus. The best part was being so very close to Nalu’s restaurant. Wow! Delicious and live family-friendly music every night. Maui is magical!

Super comfortable condo. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of outdoor space for kids to run around. Hosts are quick to answer any questions and help out in anyway they can!

We loved staying 1 block to the beach and swimming in the pool surrounded by palm trees. Used the bbq several times to eat at home. Absolutely beautiful grounds in the courtyard area. Highly recommended!

Loved the condo, was great for two kids each to have their own beds. The kids loved the beach theme and the easy availability to go play on the grass and eat meals outside. Quick walk to beach. Decent pool. Just wish the washing machine and dryer was in the unit, but that’s the only main complaint. The key to the laundry room also is tricky, might need to be replaced soon. But definitely had a great stay and hope to come next year!

Great location near the beach to sun, swim, watch turtles go in and out if water everyday! It is across from a beautiful Catholic church (7:00 daily Mass) with a coffee shop and Maui Pies nearby. Great pool, BBQ grill and comfortable living space. We will recommend to family and friends. Hope to be back soon!

This condo had everything you needed for a great stay including beach supplies and a fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated being on the ground floor and having AC in all main living areas. Location was perfect. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day! We will be back!

It was a beautiful property that was just walking distance from almost everything we wanted to try. The beach is 500 feet away and if that doesn't suit you, the complex pool is incredibly clean and a great spot for some sun. The apartment itself is decorated so cute and we definitely made use of the patio. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this property with our two teenage boys. The apartment offered everything we needed to have a great vacation. The apartment is very complete. It has kitchen utensils, bedroom linens, beach towels and chairs, and is very clean. The location is great, with supermarkets close by, restaurants and beaches. The laundry room was very useful and easy to access and use. We recommend this place. We would love to go back.

Return stay at this lovely condo. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we book our stay here for our second trip without hesitation. The condo is perfect for 3-4 people. The owners communicate very well and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Its in a safe area with everything you need within walking distance. We utilized the beach chairs, pool, hot tub and even the laundry facility. Would definitely return and stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Kihei Garden Estates! The property was perfect for our family - first floor with beautiful lawn and tropical plants right outside our lanai. Every morning our son loves running through the grass looking for fallen mangoes, geckos, and birds while we looked on enjoying our coffee from the cute coffee shop just a short walk from the condo. Every evening we took the 500ft walk to watch the sunsets! The location was absolutely perfect-easy beach access and nearby stores and restaurants. The property itself was clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The bedroom spaces were on the smaller side but super well organized so we were able to store all our gear in the closets to keep the rooms feeling as spacious as they could. We try to visit one of the islands every year to escape the Alaskan cold and my husband and I both agreed that we could see this property being our annual family spot as our boys grow up! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back in the future!
