This recently remodeled, bright one bedroom condo has oversized Italian tile throughout and A/C in the living room, keeping the space airy and cool. Matching granite in kitchen and bathroom lend to a cohesive, clean and modern look. Living room and bedroom also have modern, quiet fans to keep you cool and comfortable.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The kitchen has been fully remodeled with stylish soft close drawers, new cabinets, granite countertops, eat in kitchen island, water filtration system, new GE flat top stove, microwave vent/hood, dishwasher and Samsung Twin Cooling French Door refrigerator with two drawer freezer. Everything you need for preparing meals is in the unit which is nicely stocked with new dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and small appliances. All basic kitchen amenities such as dish soap, hand soap, sponges and paper towels, etc. are also provided for your convenience.
The bathroom has also been remodeled with a spacious walk in shower, new cabinetry and granite vanity. We provide bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as a hairdryer for your convenience.
This condo is perfect for up to 4 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy all of the comforts of home on your vacation including high speed internet, cable TV and free Netflix on the flatscreen TV.
A shared coin operated laundry is available on-site downstairs with washers and dryers for guest use from 8am - 8pm as well as 2 new BBQ’s on either side of the building, and a recently re-done gated swimming pool with pool lounge chairs. Free parking for one car is available in the parking lot.
Enjoy the beautiful secluded beach just steps away, and experience beautiful sunsets framed by swaying coconut palms on the large grassy lawn.

We arrived with heavy luggage just as the property manager was making the final touches to the unit, and he immediately volunteered to carry our bags up to the third floor. The condo faces directly west out toward the ocean. Beautiful unsets every day are perfect.There are also easy walks for restaurants, groceries, etc.

The location off of the main road keeps the road noise from effecting your sleep. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The lanai is right over the hot tub, but the other tenants were respectful of the quiet hours when we were there.The laundry is close by and on site. Bring a lot of quarters. The sliding glass doors are in need of repair and are difficult to move.
we started our two week Hawaii vacation with 1 week at this condo in Maui and we wish we never left. We loved Maui! It was laid back, quiet, had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance if you wanted. The condo is quaint and in the perfect location for THE BEST Maui sunset photos right from your balcony or you can walk literally 40 feet to the beach. Only thing I would have liked changed were uncontrollable- another condo unit was doing construction so it was a little loud a couple mornings.
Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Maui, right in the middle of everything with such an amazing view. Condo was fully stocked and every time we came back after a long day it felt like home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hale Kai O in Kihei is a beach front property, steps away from the sand. Shops, restaurants are 5-10 walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and small appliance you need to cook and prepare your meals. Kristin, the property manager is very responsive with check in times, and general questions about the condo. Loved seeing the whales - the in room binoculars are a bonus. We will definitely be back to this beautiful location in Kihei!

With our baby and needing a crib and having so much for our long visit (plus getting married) it felt a little tight. But other than that cute, clean and loaded with supplies! The view on the lanai was so perfect exactly what I wanted. Every morning we saw tons of turtles floating in the water! Great place and Kristin was nothing but extremely pleasant to work with. I also left my necklace which they were more than happy to help get it back to me! If we get a parents only trip we will be back!
This is the 3rd time we’ve rented at this condo and the 1st time in this unit. We LOVE the location and the condo is fantastic! Well maintained, super responsive mgmt team, fully stocked, clean and, yes, just like it looks in the pictures.
