The few issues that needed attention were addressed quickly and completelyAll the bedroom doors are slatted so there is limited privacy and quiet. If possible I might put solid doors.

Great communication and a gorgeous location. Wailea is incredibly relaxing and beautiful. You can walk to coffee and restaurants, Ulua Beach and Shops at Wailea.

Our stay was amazing. Top-notch communications letting us know that there was issues with an air-conditioning unit leaking. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was only missing a few things like a coffee grinder that we bought and added to the unit and limited amount of towels for the bathroom use Other than that it was amazing and my family loved it.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation and would stay here again! The only trouble we had was the fan in the master bedroom made a horrible sound. The property manager sent someone out to fix it, which helped a little bit. It probably needs to be replaced, but other than that the amenities were wonderful!

We had a few mechanical issues come up during our stay and Jen and Junior stepped up with urgency and went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. Can’t recommend a better team than Vacation Maui to handle your stay!

The unit was perfect! My family and I enjoyed the lanai and enjoy the view. The beds were quite comfortable. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, and it was at a perfect location.

We had an maintenance issue with zero follow up. The master bathroom sinks were not draining with one leaking onto the floor below. One sink started working so presumably someone came and fixed it, however we were supposed to be given a maintenence window and never heard anything. This is unacceptable with my wife and kids in the property with no warning of maintenance showing up. Further the microwave is broken, the dishwasher needs cleaned, and both bathrooms need deep cleaned. There are dirty hand prints on the door frames that can be scrubbed off, but haven't been - clearly for an extended period of time. I've never left an overtly negative review, but we will not be considering this property next year when we come back.

We loved the location and it was well equipped.The view from the deck for sunsets was excellent.

Our stay was great, the appartment was very clean and comfortable for everyone, well equiped and ready to host 7 people. Communication with the team has been super clear, everyone was helpful and friendly 24/7. The neighborhood is awesome, nice beaches and near to luxury hotels/small malls which provide a nice environment. We parked two big cars without issues. I really don´t have any bad comments about the house, we had a great time and I definetely recommend it but if I would be able to suggest something to be perfect, should be: - Beds can be more confortable. - Light humidity smell in the 1st room next to the kitchen (probably the carpet has to be changed). - Kitchen tools can be renewed. - Total price but rates in Hawaii are expensive (this is just market things).

GC 55 was an amazing spot to stay for our family of 6 adults. The 3 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious with large bedrooms, kitchen area and living spaces. The ocean view from the lanai has to be the best view from the entire complex! Got to watch the sunset every night. The check-in process was seamless and the management company did a wonderful job of clean preemptive communication. The overall location of GC is perfect for exploring all of Wailea Makena and Kihei. Just minutes walk to lots of coffee spots, shops and restaurants! A few minutes drive to all the amazing beaches!The reason for the 4 star rating is that we did experience a few issues during our stay that knocked it from being perfect. 1st was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Upon arrival the fan was not working... which should have been addressed before hand from the company. During the 1st day we wrote to management and they did have someone come to do a temporary fix. The fan worked the first night but broke again. We wrote to management who informed us that they requested to the owner to replace the fan entirely but that ended up in the fan not working for the 6 other nights we stayed. Was never fixed.Next was the dishwasher. It was filthy and clearly had not been throughly cleaned in months. This falls on the management company for needing to do a better job of checking every aspect of the unit and not cutting any corners.There were a few other small things but overall an amazing unit!

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space. As others mentioned, the bedrooms smelled musty.

This was a very convenient location, easy walk to Wailea Village and the Shops at Wailea. So close to some of the best beaches too. The condo was spacious, huge master, and had an amazing view. Grand Champions was a beautiful place to stay.

Overall, the rental was perfect for our needs. It was actually much closer to the wedding venue we came in for than realized when booking. Great shopping, restaurants, and beaches nearby, Mākena State Park a favorite, as well as the drive further for beautiful coastline and lava rock views. Our only complaints were the lack of privacy, the dishwasher not washing optimally, and the difficulty with opening the washer until we figured out the secret to not busting our knuckles up. All minor complaints when compared to the grand beauty of the area. Great views of the sunset from the balcony too!! Thank you!!

The condo is very comfortable and well fit out for our needs. Somehow on the listing it says Beach access beachfront which is not accurate however it is very easy to drive down to the beach once you get your bearings. Property is beautiful very well-maintained. The condo right across from Pool and hot tub, trash, recycle, etc. very convenient. Definitely enjoyed our stay was just a bit misled on the beach access beachfront part. Spent a day playing pickle ball which was a ton of fun everybody was very friendly:))

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of room for the family, excellent views, and easy access to all of Wailea. The carpets could use a good clean but overall the condo was clean and tidy. The property manager was very quick to respond, sent check in information early (and multiple times), and was super easy to chat with when needed. We would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to many areas. Property was very clean and as advertised. 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Resort area was quiet and very well kept. Highly recomended!

Nice rental, spacious with all the amenities. Pool area was nice and centrally located to shops, restaurants and beach. It fulfilled our needs.

We found this property, in an emergency situation. Property Manager was awesome! Clean, quaint, quiet accommodations close enough to the Shops at Wailea, you could walk there. When you don’t want to pay ocean front prices, this property is a hidden gem.
