The Space:
Two king suites and two full baths give four guests real room to settle in. The primary suite includes a walk-in rain shower and opens to a tiled lanai with ocean views, while the second suite has its own king bed and full bath. A fully equipped kitchen takes care of breakfasts and beach-day snacks, and air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance make the condo feel practical as well as beautiful.

Guests have access to the residence and the property's shared outdoor pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. This unit has air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a private lanai. The community's golf course surroundings and outdoor areas are available to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
Princeville sits on Kauai's dramatic North Shore, with green ridgelines, golf fairways, and the road down to Hanalei all close by. Princeville Center is useful for groceries and a quick meal, while Hanalei town brings beachside dining, surf culture, and a wider choice of shops. Anini Beach is a favorite for calmer snorkeling conditions, and Hanalei Bay gives families a broad stretch of sand to explore. This is a scenic, drive-friendly base for travelers who want Kauai's wet, green side and easy access to the North Shore's best-known beaches.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.

- All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Construction notice: September 2, 2025 through approximately April 1, 2027. Construction activity may occur Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Guests may experience noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas of the property during their stay. Some common amenities such as parking areas, walkways, and landscaping may be temporarily closed or restricted.

The outside of the property is presently not good as there is a major construction project in progress.Whike we were advised of construction, we were not advised of the magnitude. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised for the most part. Bedrooms were great! The kitchen utensils and pans are in need of replacement.The drawers are cluttered with unnecessary and antiquated stuff. Beach chairs were great and there were plenty of towels. Our air conditioning broke and it was repaired the next day. This will be a wonderful property once construction is complete.
We have stayed at several rentals in princeville and this has been my favorite! It’s so spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and they provide plenty of beach equipment. There is AC throughout, including the living room, which made the stay so comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms are so nice. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Location was amazing. Incredible sunsets on the tee box of the 8th hole of Makai where the unit is located. Vacasa was very helpful with minor inconveniences. Would stay here again
