Amazing views overlooking the golf course with ocean view and sunsets. Kitchen was the best appointed kitchen based on 15 visits to Maui. Owner provided the little things that mattered such as enough dishwasher and laundry detergent for one load per day, TP and paper towels- saving a trip to the store to buy quantities that you’ll never consume during the visit. We’d stay here again.
We had a wonderful week, watching the golfers go by, relaxing at the pool and walking to a multitude of bars and restaurants. The unit was big (2 bathrooms!) and very clean, with great cross wind ventilation so no need for the air conditioner. The condo complex was also very quiet and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!
Awesome location, short walk or a minutes drive to all the beaches and shops in wailea. Clean property and frequently saw the property’s security at the gate or walking around. Parking spot close to condo. The Condo was larger than the pictures show, with plenty extra pillows blankets and necessities. The lanai faces the ocean and golf course, which was awesome for the NYE fireworks! The pools were a bit smaller than what we anticipated, I would suggest getting there early to get a spot. Overall I highly recommend!
This was a great place to spend a week. The unit was extremely clean and well equiped. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only criticism was that at certain times of the day the lanai was too hot and sunny to use. A sun shade curtain, like other units had, would make a huge difference.
I didn’t rate communication with property management because I never had a reason to do so. Place was quiet, adult pool was nice and view on golf course terrific. Only negative, and this is minor, a/c was window units.
this was our third trip visiting Maui staying at Grand Champions. The property is terrific as was our unit. Amenities are close by including three excellent golf courses.
Condo was very comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the golf course and evening sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed the view and the adult only heated pool for daily exercise and to refresh after the beach and on hot days. The size of the unit is very nice compared to many other 1 bedroom units.
The shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced. The water spray was all over the place! Also, would you consider putting in grab bars in the shower to prevent slippage.
It was not use appliances because of no manual.
