No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Yes, the kitchen was fully equipped. My only suggestion was to provide more than one dish towel for hand-washing dishes. Loved the location of the unit even though you didn't have a water view. Very clean and comfortable accommodation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second time staying in the unit. Super clean and modern appliances. The only disappointment was the bed. It’s worn out and needs replacing during our first stay in 2023. We were hoping it was replaced but alas, it was not. It’s a horrible bed and simply killed out backs.
Very comfortable in a great location, near the action but quiet
Truly, a hidden gem in the middle of Waikiki! The building is a bit outdated, however, the condo is beautifully renovated and spotless! Condo is also located in a very safe area. Offers a secured parking garage and visitors must be buzzed into the lobby by a security guard. Some of the perks we enjoyed were, NO resort fees, FREE (assigned) parking, digital deadbolt lock, washer and dryer in the unit, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. Condo is centrally located to Waikiki strip, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Host (Vincent) was very attentive and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Thank you for making our trip to HI memorable! We look forward to visiting and staying with you in the future!

The floor in the shower is slippery when wet.

It is well equipped and has great amenities. We had a key fob issue. We were expecting two fobs for our stay and we got one fob for our room and the 2nd fob was for another unit. The phone in the kitchen was not working. May have needed batteries. Please include instructions on how to operate and recharge the remote controlled blinds.
This condo is very comfortable. Modernized kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location. Able to use the pool. Balcony also nice. I would certainly come back to this condo.
