The Fairway Villa is a repeat guest favorite, known for its fabulous rooftop recreation deck (completely renovated in 2022!) that features a pool, BBQ area, fire pit, lounge chairs, men's and women's sauna rooms, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit shares walls with the elevator shaft. Those with sensitive hearing may be affected by the sounds of regular elevator operation.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Reviewer Comments: 運河から見える夜景は特に奇麗ですしヒルトンの花火も部屋から見れ、又バス停も近く移動には便利です。ただ工事中の車の出入り運河周辺にたむろするひと、車の騒音は気になりました。部屋は全体に薄暗く玄関入った左側のクロスが剥げておりテーブル、テレビ台、床の隅々に埃が溜まって不潔な感じがしました。又私物が結構ありました。それでも1か月快適に生活出来ました。又渡ハしょうと思います。
The apartment was excellent, clean, and the view every night was stunning. My favorite place to hang for drinks in Waiks! Great location and walking distance to everything...but a good grocery store (about 1.5 miles). Check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again. That said, I stayed for 2 months and the building was constantly under repair. The pool patio, one elevator was out (and evidently service has not been restored for nearly a year), the water constantly was needing to be shutoff, the hot tub was removed, and the other residents where doing apartment renovations. Between M-F business it could get very loud and this became tedious. The apartment was fantastic otherwise, but the constant construction detracted from the experience. I didn't receive the mailbox key when I arrived and it took some back and forth to secure one. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but I needed it ASAP to pick up some important, time-sensitive material. Communication with Cook Real Estate could be better. The apartment needed to be visited by a contractor one day and property manager gave me less than an hour's notice.

The property was as described and included a few extras that wasn't noted in the description. This would include a sturdy beach umbrella and beach toys for children.The condo was clean and James, the property Manager was very attentive to our questions and needs. We had a minor issue with the door knob becoming loose but he was quick and had that fixed right away. The neighbors were also very friendly and quiet.The only feedback i would give to the unit owner is to consider including beach chairs or a beach blanket., A water resistant blanket is much easier to clean/carry vs. the beach towels provided. My husband and I slept on the pull-out couch, while our kids slept in the bed. While there is nothing physically wrong with the pull-out, my husband and i prefer a firm bed - so if you're one with back problems or needing a firm mattress - the pull-out may not be for you.There is a pool on the top floor. Only my husband and 7 y/o child made use of it. Unfortunately, their swim lasted only a few minutes. They went around 8pm to take a dip before calling it a night but sadly, it wasn't well lit for my kid who felt scared swimming "in the dark".
Love it!
We had a fabulous time in Waikiki. Our stay with you was only a couple blocks from downtown shopping and the beach. I'm on oxygen so I rented a scooter and got around just fine. The doorman even let me in all the time when he saw me coming. Captain Cook Resorts even called in the middle of our stay and asked if we needed anything.
Comfortable stay with a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with Captain Cook agents.
