Browse the farmers market, watch boats come and go at Kailua Pier, or make a beach day of nearby Honl's Beach. South of town, Kahalu'u Beach Park is a favorite for reef snorkeling. It is an easy base for families who want beach time, local food, and a real Kona evening within reach.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Quiet and good location. Ocean view while sitting by pool is amazing.
Very nice but a little dated
The property is small and quiet. Right on the ocean great views. Small pool which we used a lot. Across the road from Alii Marketplace where we were able buy lots of fresh fruit and eat at the amazing Taco truck. The unit was great has a/c and lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want something quiet
We have stayed here many times, always a great stay!
For a couple this place is perfectly fine, we had 3 of us but my daughter did not mind the pull out bed. Nice view with a small but decent pool. It’s a little dated but so is 90% of anything you find in an old small beach town. We spent one night and had no issues except the dishwasher wouldn’t stop beeping so we turned off the breaker for the time being.
Vacasa arranged this rental at the lat minute when the unit I booked at this complex was not available. I wouldn't have picked this place before having stayed there but it was so comfortable and quiet and clean. It was well stocked and the bed very comfortable with quiet air conditioning. Will definitely return.
Nice to have a printer
I absolutely loved my stay at this rental. The view was breathtaking, the attention to detail was impeccable, and the peaceful atmosphere of the building was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Very comfortable unit. The sofa bed was comfortable. The property has a small indoor pool. It’s right by the rocks so we saw a lot of little sea critters in the tidepools and dolphins further away.
