Enhanced Cleaning recommended by WHO/CDC have been implemented. After thorough cleaning with soap, all surfaces will then be disinfected. All touch points will also be disinfected. (Key pads, door knobs, light switches, faucets, toilet flushes, garbage cans, remote controls, cabinet knobs ) . There will be a minimum of 1 day vacancy between booking to allow ample time for cleaning and disinfecting.
Ekahi Village 9C is in the Lower Village just 200 feet from the ocean front pool and pavilion. It is a quiet location away from road noise. 9C is a second floor unit with a large Lanai with beautiful views up the Green Belt as well as a Partial Ocean View.
A complete renovation of this property has just been completed in June of 2019 . It is a High End Remodel that has been Elegantly Furnished. The spacious bedroom has a King bed with 34 in Smart TV and a Split System air conditioning handler. The living is furnished with a a sofa sleeper, two Lazy Boy Leather Recliners, 55 in Smart TV, Boise wireless sound system.
There's plenty of space in the living room and dining room to relax and read, enjoy a good meal, watch television, listen to your favorite music. The Ekahi 9C kitchen is fully equipped. Included with the picturesque greenbelt view from the kitchen window, is a complete set of dishes and silverware with all the necessities and extras you'll find right in your own kitchen at home. Full size Bosch convection oven , microwave, toaster, large capacity refrigerator, sink with disposal, blender, extensive sets of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and a built-in dishwasher to help get you back to the beach in a hurry. With the north facing, over sized sliding glass door and 30 foot high vaulted ceilings, the living room and dining room have a very open, light and airy feeling.

From the comfortable beds, furniture to the beautifully appointed and stocked home. This place was perfect for my husband and me. The listing is spot on and I remember seeing a negative review about the air-conditioning - that was not our experience whatsoever. The mini-splits are wonderful for cooling when the breezes are not blowing, They cool quickly and can be turned on and off. Thank you Joan for a wonderful stay. Mahalo

We’ve stayed in the Ekahi Village numerous times. This unit is very nice with an excellent location. If we have any suggestion it would be to include more of the basics such as toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry pods, basic spices. Also, our 26 yr old son was very uncomfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. After a couple of nights, he just slept on the sofa which wasn’t ideal. We stayed for a week and paid extra for the 3rd person. This worked out to almost $500/night all in. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.
Nice place, great location, no view. But we knew this going in. We booked the property during the COVID pandemic and chose the condo based on the relatively flexible cancellation terms.

Congratulations to Joan for her magical transformation of this unit. My fav is her new refrigerator which has a 24 hr. producing ice maker. Thanks for the beautiful remodel of 9C. Perfect location.
Residence had everything I needed, was very close to the pool and the beach, and was conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea. I will definitely be going back!
