The two pools, tennis court, barbecue areas, and lawns at the complex give the kids and adults more ways to use the afternoon. When you do head out, Kihei's food and shopping are close by. This is a comfortable South Kihei base for a small family that wants its own routine: beach first, pool later, and a real home to return to.
The Space:
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps four, with a private lanai for a little outside time at home. The building has elevator access, and the complex adds two pools, tennis, barbecue areas, and open lawns for another kind of afternoon.

Back at the complex, two pools, tennis, barbecue areas, and lawn space give the day other directions. Kihei is useful for supplies and casual restaurants, while Wailea and Makena offer a scenic drive south when you want a bigger beach outing. The neighborhood has an easygoing, car-friendly rhythm that suits guests who value practical beach access and a quieter place to reset.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Ok.. but the furniture was older and not very comfortable.
It was neat and clean. Washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. All things needed for washing machine or dish washer and dish soap were provided. Shampoo and conditioner was so great!
We would rent the place again. Good size one bedroom/one bath property. Within minutes of a walk to the beach. Easy walking access to the restaurants, shops and other place to use. Lots of snorkeling rentals, bikes and other things. Definitely recommend.
Not enough plates, bowls cutlery. Need more dish rags to dry dishes and clean counter tops . Floor wasn’t cleaned properly. Old beach chairs and old toys

The host was incredible. The location right across from the beach. I very much enjoyed my stay
We really enjoyed this accommodation. It was a perfect location, with the ocean across the street and the pools at the condo nearby. The neighbors are really friendly as well. It was a big bonus to have the in suite laundry. I always received a quick response to any inquiries I had.
Great location right across the street from Kamaole III beach. Nice condo complex with well-maintained grounds and pool area. Super close to restaurants and shops in Kihei. The unit itself was comfortable and well stocked with linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Would highly recommend :)
That the Condo is on Maui. Old furniture everywhere.
