This 1‑bedroom, 1‑bath high‑rise condo offers a clean and comfortable space with access to Harbor Square’s recreation deck, which includes a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of room for lounging. Located on the 8th floor, the unit provides a thoughtfully arranged living area and lanai with partial city and harbor views. It’s ideal for long‑term guests, traveling professionals, or anyone seeking walkable access to downtown’s dining, transit, and cultural landmarks. Enjoy a martini at Musee, catch a show at the historic Hawaii Theater, or join the lively “First Friday” art walk each month when galleries open their doors and the streets fill with music and culture.

Just a few blocks away you’ll find the iconic Iolani Palace, a cornerstone of Hawaiian heritage. And of course, Waikiki’s beaches, shopping, and entertainment are only a short Uber ride away.

The building is secure with a keyfob and keycode front door. You`ll have full access to the entire building and all amenities, to include the Recreation Deck, Pool, Sundeck, Gas Grills and Laundry Facilities.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

We will do everything we can to ensure you have the most enjoyable, relaxing, productive, or adventurous time on Oahu as possible. Please don`t hesitate to send us a message!

Located in the heart of downtown Honolulu, this condo places you steps from the city’s historic, cultural, and business districts. Enjoy walkable access to ʻIolani Palace, Chinatown, Fort Street Mall, and the Honolulu Museum of Art. The area is vibrant during the day and quiet at night, ideal for professionals, long-term guests, and travelers seeking urban convenience.

The building is surrounded by public transit options, including multiple TheBus stops and the new Skyline rail station just a few blocks away. Rideshare and bike rentals are readily available, and most daily errands, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is not included, but paid garages and street parking are nearby.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. There is 24 hour security and you will likely get to know the staff during your stay.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.

A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.
A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.

For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $150 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional turnover services are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
No smoking anywhere inside the unit or within the building’s common areas
No pets are allowed in the condo or building
No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind
Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am out of respect for neighbors and in compliance with building policies.
Do not remove, relocate, or tamper with any furnishings or items in the unit — missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit
Please keep the front door locked whenever you leave the unit.
Post‑Checkout: items left behind incur a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs for USPS/UPS/FedEx returns.
-A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.
-For stays of one month, a mid-stay cleaning of toilets, tubs, sinks, and showers is required at a cost of $150.
-For stays of two months or longer, monthly cleaning of toilets, tubs, sinks, and showers is required at a minimum of once per month at a cost of $200 per cleaning.
-Additional turnover services are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
