This deluxe Island Colony studio sleeps four with two beds, one bath, AC, and a kitchenette for relaxed breakfasts or easy dinners. The building gives you a shared pool, hot tub, dry sauna, fitness center, and BBQ area, so it is easy to stay close when the family needs a reset. Waikiki Beach, Queen's Beach, and Kahanamoku Beach are all within a couple of miles for swimming, surfing, or a shoreline stroll. Ala Wai Golf Course is just across the canal, and restaurants, stores, and shopping are within walking distance. It is a flexible little base for a couple or small family ready to mix beach days with a bit of everything Honolulu offers.
The Space:
This deluxe studio is bright, air-conditioned, and arranged for a comfortable beach-town routine, with two beds, one bath, a kitchenette, and a furnished private lanai. It sleeps up to four without asking you to give up a place to sit outside. When the day needs a change of pace, the building's pool, hot tub, dry sauna, fitness center, and BBQ area are ready.

The Neighborhood:
Waikiki offers more than one kind of beach day. Waikiki Beach brings surf breaks and energy, Queen's Beach is good for a shoreline walk toward Diamond Head, and Kahanamoku Beach sits near the marina with a different view of the coast. Across the Ala Wai Canal, golfers can play Ala Wai Golf Course. Restaurants, shops, and beach activities are easy to reach on foot, while Ala Moana is close for a wider change of scene. It is a lively, practical neighborhood for guests who like options close by.
Getting Around:
Waikiki is easy to explore on foot, by rideshare, or by bus. A rental car is optional for guests who plan to explore beyond Honolulu. Use the arrival details provided before your stay for exact building access and parking information.

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable beds

Centrally located. The room is a little dated, and could use some replenishing. But it was a comfortable stay. As the only time I spent in the room was for naps and sleeping.
The property was very clean and tidy. The views from the balcony were fantastic. Well equipped.

Central location to all the shops, beach. I like the fact you can walk no need for a car. Building have 24 hours security. However the room needs updated furniture, dressers drawers, and more towel racks.
This is a great spot. The price can't be beat. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and convenient. I enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The room was pretty nice, but did have some areas that needed a little TLC. Our main concern was that the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep up well. We were often too hot. There was no thermostat so you have to leave it on to sleep but if it runs all night you might get cold and the noise may make it difficult to relax. The hosts were very responsive and checked the AC for us, but that is just how it is.
Clean room, amazing view of sunrises, frequent rainbows, and sunsets from private 42nd floor balcony. Close to great eating options.
Location was perfect if you’re planning to stay in Waikiki and walk downtown. Beach, Restaurants and shopping were all walking distance. Kitchenette was great for quick breakfast/ meals!
We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the night we got there. I reported it to Vacasa via text and call, and they never passed on the information to the building maintenance, (as it continued to drip/leak). The building maintenance came two days later when a unit below me reported it, I confirmed that I did and showed them the text and call log. There were workers in and out of our unit for an entire day, and the leak kept getting worse. We checked in Thursday night and it wasn't until Sunday am that everything dried up because they relocated the person above us. At one point it was literally raining in our bathroom. I call Vacasa again because it was getting worse. I asked for return call regarding the inconvenience and stress this caused on what was our vacation. I never heard back. We checked out Tuesday am. If the bathroom had been fully functional, the unit was great for what we needed/wanted, walking distance to food/shops, and great view. The owner needs to find a new property management company, Vacasa is doing nothing for them and ruining their property.
