Davidson Point Beach House: 4BR Oceanfront Kekaha Estate

The beach house/old plantation home exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for four couples with multiple, shady lanais. The home has been very nicely renovated, keeping the heritage components intact. We made good use of the saltwater pool and enjoyed the upper lanai for sunsets. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Beautiful home! This house was absolutely perfect for 6 adults (could easily have had 8 plus kids) for a family vacation. It had everything you could possibly need. It was the nicest home any of us have rented before. Thanks! Can’t wait to come again.

We loved staying at Davidson Point Beach House! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. We loved being able to hear the ocean all night. The house had tons of charm. The pool was nice to have when the beach was too windy one day. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom under the stairs had not been cleaned. There were roaches in the corners of the living room that had been there awhile because they were stuck to the floor. The outdoor furniture had not been vacuumed and had dust, lint and refuse from the trees on them. One of the king size bedspreads had a makeup/foundation stain on it when we first walked in the bedroom. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

The house is a beautiful quiet retreat. Being able to see the ocean across the road and swim in the backyard pool only added to the pleasantness of this place. We would return.

This house was built with craftsmanship and has been well-maintained and updated. The views, grounds, layout, and furnishings made our stay restful and enjoyable.

This was an absolutely beautiful home with the most stunning views. The pool was a delightful treat after a busy day! The home was cozy and spacious. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee either on the patio or across the street watching the most gorgeous sunrises. Getting to watch the sunsets from the upper balcony was beyond breathtaking.We loved our visit and would come back in a heartbeat!

The property was quiet, well maintained, well stocked and peaceful. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. We liked the location for the various activities we enjoyed. It is on the main road but the ocean sound more than compensates. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had a nice hawaiian vibe to it. It had amble outside seating areas. The pool was nice to rekax in when you wanted to take a break away from the beaches.

Spent a week at the property with family and friends for our 35 yrs anniversary. We had a great time at the house. We used the stove, bbq most days. Spent time in the pool every day. Only suggestion is if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend ear plugs. In the 2 front bedrooms you will hear occasional traffic, the ocean, and wooden floor squeaking. A few of us thought the outdoor shower was awesome and used it every day. The step in to the tub is a bit higher than we're used to and some could kind it a hazard if not stable on your feet. Only draw backs to the house we found is there wasn't a beach close by that we were comfortable swimming at. We drove to Salt Pond for our beach time.

Amazing house! Beautiful views and lovely home with everything you might need for a family vacation. Our kids are young and played in the pool every day. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would love to stay here again!

We loved this house! The plantation house is so special and the pool with all the outside lanai space made us not want to leave the property. We are already planning our vacation back to the beautiful island of Kauai....can't wait to bring our friends next year. As I told the manager, we are changing our current plans to go to New Zealand to come back to Hawaii instead in 2025.

We celebrated a family birthday with our whole family in this lovely home. The pool was delightful and location was close to excursions and delicious restaurants as well as a Friday night street art fair. We would stay again with bells on!

We booked this vacation in 2020 but due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to go. We finally got everyone available to book it again 4 years later. We loved our rental house. There were so many comfortable areas to hang out as a family of 7 or sneak away to read or watch the sunrise or sunset. The pool area was great, and we all want an outdoor shower back home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. Truly the perfect vacation spot! We would highly recommend this house.

We took a trip with my parents (in their 70s) and family. The house was perfect. Multiple patios and sitting areas. The interior and exterior are beautifully furnished. Outdoor shower was a hit. Bedrooms were big and comfy, AC if you needed it. The pool was warm and was a great place to hangout. Beach chairs and towels for everyone! The property manager and owner were great and made the trip very special. Highly recommend staying here.
