This one bedroom, one bath which is ideal for the single traveler or couple. It has a King Bed, and a full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower. Full kitchen with all items you might need. There is also a washer and dryer for your use inside the unit. Free parking stall, hot tub, bbq and pool area for your use. There is also a special access to the shopping center behind the condo complex for a short cut to the grocery store and all the other amenities available there.
Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

Comfortable home, walking distance to town, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful host
The location was great - near the water, restaurants, shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. The complex was quiet, nicely landscaped and clean even though it is older. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so can't comment on that. The dedicated parking spot was close to the unit. Thank goodness for the air conditioners (window units in living room and bedroom) as it was very warm when we were there. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and directions to the condo were accurate. Erika supplied good information on the area, the unit and was very responsive to all of our questions. The unit itself could use some updating. The shower has recently been updated nicely, so I'm sure that they have plans to do more as they are able to.
Erika’s place was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. It was centrally located and had everything you could ask for and more. We appreciated Erika’s easy and clear communication and all of the beach gear that the condo offered. Highly recommend!
My daughter & I liked the layout of the condo; it was easy to move around in. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc. Everything was clean & tidy with fresh towels & linens. And we especially liked that there was a washer/dryer. However, on the day we departed, I felt pressured to leave before my 10am check out time. I dropped my daughter off at gymnastics, came back to the condo to clean & take out rubbish. Upon loading up my rental car with our belongings, I noticed a woman in the “visitor” space by my car. She arrived at 9:15am. After I finalized my final walk through of the condo, drenched in sweat, I decided to shower quickly before leaving. I felt that she was there to clear out the place & tidy up after my departure so I licked the bathroom door. I’m glad I did because I heard the heavy screen door & front door opening & closing a couple of times. I’m assuming she realized that I was still in the condo & exited upon seeing my shoes by the door. I thought it was obvious I was there considering my car was parked in the designated space. I left around 9:35am, but did feel rushed. Other than that, this place was fantastic!
This is a property that feels homey the moment you step inside. Of all the places we have stayed at around the world, this was the most well stocked property making our stay even more convenient. The location is wonderfully close to shopping, groceries, and our daughter had a basketball game at the gym just minutes down the road. Erika is a great host! Enjoy you stay here!
Comfortable, well equipped, good location, responsive host
Erika provided the most easy and comfortable experience! The big island is my favorite place, so staying in a central location was very important to me. This place has it all. Close to everything, easy parking, washer dryer, full kitchen and pretty much everything you would have at your house. It was very clean, spacious, and I want to express again how comfortable the unit was. Check in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I can tell that Erika puts a lot of time and effort into making sure her guests have everything they need. Even beach stuff which comes in really handy! I have nothing negative to say about this place. The only sad part is leaving. I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much, Erika!
Ericas condo is truly a hidden gem in the heart of kailua, kona...Everything you would need for a truly enjoyable stay is included... From the well stocked kitchen, the beautiful remodeled shower,and the comfortable king size bed and being minutes away from everything in town made staying there very relaxing. Will definitely see if this condo is available next time I'm in town! Aloha from Maui
We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while our home was being fumigated. Erika was very responsive to our needs and was easy to contact. The unit is close to the pier, shops, post office, grocery stores, restaurants, , etc All within walking distance. Mahalo.
Close to everything and was very clean
This condo is a perfect location, easy to find off main highway and if you like walking it’s close to the historic heart of Kailua- Kona. For 2 mornings we walked down to the waterfront of Kailua Bay, had coffee in the sun, watched the morning swimmers in the bay and walked along Ali’i Dr. It is a slight but gradual downhill and uphill walk back to condo.
The property was very close to down town Kailua Kona and we had many perfect evenings taking a walk down along Alii drive and enjoying the perfect sunsets. They were spectacular.
More than we needed for just 2 nights. Recommend!
Excellent. Everything was great. Clean and comfortable.
This is a nice spacious condo. Great location, near airport, Costco, Walmart etc. Other attractions are conveniently located nearby. We walked to Courtyard to attend the Luau. The condo is nicely furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the condo that makes it so much convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend my friends who are visiting the Big Island to check the availability of this place.
it was awesome!!! unit is super clean and the check in process was very easy! location is centrally located and you can walk to all the cool shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
Property was in a prime location for eating, shopping, visiting the ocean and pretty much anything else you could ask for. Communication was excellent and place was very nice. Will stay here again if we ever end up on the big island again.
Kailua Bay Resort Condos was a great find and in an excellent location. Easy walk to restaurants and other amenities. The condo itself is very spacious with a full kitchen as well as laundry machine and dryer for personal use. Erika was awesome and supportive throughout. There is a pool and hot tub in the complex as well. Just wich we were staying longer!
Close to dining, shops and ocean
The place was clean, & very nice for a couple. Wish we could use the lenai. It was easy for old couple like us to go near the ocean front & do shopping. Owner was very nice, accommodative & very helpful. She answered our texts immediately.
It was close to nearby restaurants and easy to find. We are in our seventies and there were 13 steps from our parking to the block and a further 30 to climb to the third floor, if you have a knee problem it could be problematic but for younger people a walk in the park
The condo was in a lovely location. We were able to take morning walks along the waterfront in Kona. The amenities in the condo were great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect location while staying in Kona.
