Smooth transaction and clean room!

This little place is exactly what I expected after reading description and reviews. Communication with host was excellent as was check in/out. I did not need parking. The place was clean and very conveniently located in Waikiki.

I only received check in/check out instructions and one response to one of my three questions from the host...even when I followed up. So do not expect to hear from him when you have trouble like I did with VRBO. And German cockroaches. I take it these are prevalent in the area in these older buildings, so be very diligent about keeping your food put away tight, clean dishes immediately, and throw out your trash each time before you leave/bed time. Otherwise, clean and good size studio space for two and excellent location for tourists. We appreciated the additional amenities such as snorkel equipment and beach chairs (although some of these are damaged). Most kitchen wear for basic needs (skillet, utinsels, an ice cube tray, coffee pot and reusable filter). Make your own shopping trip for coffee and food, of course.

Text messaged owner twice and did not get a reply. The issues were non-urgent but if I was having an urgent issue and I didn't get a reply, this could have been a problem.Otherwise, everything was great. I was able to reach the owner of via VRBO.The unit was clean, will stopped, and the building was very secure.

I do not recommend staying at this place, homeless people sleeping out front. Customer was communicative until I had a problem. Then he started ghosting me. Contacted Vrbo. They suggested to him that he refund me, but he has not refunded me. He will not contact you if you have a problem with the place he will just not answer your messages. The room is not as it is described, it reminded me of a very rundown place when I was staying in Thailand.

Perfect size for 1-2 people. I made coffee and breakfast in the kitchenette each day.The property itself is clean but furniture is a bit worn and peeling paint on the base boards. Hallways are carpeted and a bit worn. Elevators were fast and never waited for more than 1minute.

The unit was well set up and well stocked with everything you need from coffee and tea with cream, or a simple cooked dinner to reheating a meal; beach chairs and beach towels are good, a good supply of towels and linen. Everything in the unit was very clean. The location is great with pleanty of food options, 11 mins walk to the closest beach and 22mins to the Ala moana beach and park, Magic Island. Convenient parking within the building if desired, but easy transportation with city bus stops nearby. Host provides clear detailed instructions and cleaners are very friendly. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us as an efficiently designed studio. There's a good view of Diamond Head and the park is in front; we can also see the ocean in between the buildings of the Hilton Hawaiin Village.

The room was very clean and had an awesome view.

Host was a great communicater. Best view cause the nearest hotels were far away, and every friday around 8pm there is a fireworks display! Loved the water pressure in the shower! So glad there was a electric single burner and rice cooker! so i could cook some meals. Very easy to learn the lock codes. We felt very safe. And the best thing was i slept well on that mattress, i usually have a hard time sleeping anywhere so we had a great vacation cause i felt rested, I'm gonna buy a novafirm mattress!! I presently have a sleep # and i can't sleep on it, i wake up with back aches. If you can't walk on stone tile bring your house slippers, so glad i did. A/C and fan were great! Internet worked great. Loved the blow dryer for my hair. It was very helpful having those thick curtains so we could sleep a little longer in the mornings and to block out the heat during the day. We didn't have time to go to the pool but we did see other people going from the elevator. Many eating areas next door, and there was a large walmart not to far if you drive with a car. The view from the studio is amazing. It had a well-eqcuipped kitchen. The location was great. And everything was super clean. It was a little bit smaller than expected from the photos, but it was perfect for what we need it.

Was a great host! The apartment was a little small for more than two people but other than that it was perfect and had everything you would need. It’s important to note however that parking is not included and is an additional charge but it is pretty nominal.

The view here was absolutely amazing. You can see both ocean & Diamondhead. The owner was great, great communication, decorated nice, comfy, and compared to what those in nearby hotels spent, a bargain. Also very conveniently located. We loved it.

Michael was very responsive and helpful. The unit is in a very convenient location with Waikiki and Ala Moana within walking distance, we had easy access to everything we needed. It was lovely to have a view of the park right across the street—so much more pleasant than seeing buildings. We highly recommend Michael’s place!

Check in was seemless.Kitchen was tiny, with no oven, but we made it work with the hot plate.Wifi was goodThis is a very tiny room. I would not suggest sleeping 4. You would need to step on the sofa bedto get to the bathroom...You can eat off the kitchen island from the bed.Beach items were very old and sparse(2 very old chairs and towels)Location was fantastic!! You are close to the beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants.THe FOB... a big pain.. I understand its for security.. but with only 1 available..Its impossibe to separate and still enable both to get back into the condo...as you need it to use the elevator..Overall it worked for us... the host is great!

Affordable, No parking but you can park at the harbor for a reasonable rate.

It is a studio suite with convenient location. Small room but has full kitchen amenities that was very helpful for diy breakfast. Ideal for two people. The nearby islander market is very convenient and is 2 minutes walk.

Scam. I tried 3x to gain access, the first night i arrived late with my small child (midnight). There was a sign on the door that said "call this #" upon calling that number no answer. I had to book separate accommodation on the spot, very unfortunate coming from a long flight with a child. The next day, i arrived at 12pm and same thing (no physical person available to check in but the sign on the door). I received a call back AFTER no answer. I had booked a 15 night stay plus parking, and owner will not respond to me regarding refund. I did not stay here. Would not recommend at all. Such a hassle for someone going on vacation.

Room seemed smaller than I expected. Room was somewhat dated. Liked location. It was close to shopping and restaurants but not crowded. Good view. Short walk to heart of Waikiki. Reasonalby priced.

The apartment was very tiny and we felt very claustrophobic there:) it was kind of cute, but very small also, the bed was very very tall and my mother is elderly, so it was hard for her to get in and out of. I was afraid she was going to fall out of bed and break a hip or something heaven forbid you need to access this place in a hurry. The staff was extremely helpful during the check-in process. I just loved Austin. He was so helpful for me and my mother.

It's an older building and unit but if you're okay with that, the location, view and communication is perfect. You have to take your own trash out, which was kind of a pain, but for the price I paid, I was able to get a car (13/day for parking) and still save money. Thank you!

Communication about the details were consistent and timely. The location is walking distance to Waikiki Beach and near malls. Walmart is about a mile away. Every question was answered and parking secured (best to do this ahead of time and to read the details on the stay). Costco is about five miles away and has a gas station. We were gone most of the time but enjoyed making breakfast before leaving to explore. The Capitol wasn't what we expected and would have enjoyed our time exploring. A luau and boat rides were about a couple miles away. Wonderful experience overall.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this cozy suite for 3 nights. Location is central to all you need if it’s your first time in Oahu. Beautiful views of Diamond Head too. Our host was communicative and responsive, he also accommodated a specific request we had. We would stay here again!

Its small but manageable and comfortable but most of all close to shops, bars, eatery and transport. Would defineately recommend this property and the host is so good to contact which made everything so much easier if has a query or issue. Great property.

The property is small but very manageable. Lovely sunny property and 15 floors up gives a great view. Just a few things needed to be changed but will make suggestions to host nothing to much tho

Overall a very nice stay. Michael was very accommodating and wonderful at communicating. We had one issues that was resolved quickly and I am pleased with my experience. I will comtact again if heading this way! Great location for activity.

This unit is small and quiet, just perfect for us. The views are amazing! A few minutes walk to most places we wanted to go and see. Would definitely stay here again, preferably with a balcony.

The place is smaller than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and has what I needed. The location cannot be beaten since it was close to Waikiki and Ala Moana. Walking distance. Superb experience and communication with Mike property owner. Mike was helpful, prompt and clear communication. Highly recommends Mike’s place and will book with him again for future stays.

Great location for Waikiki - on the bus route from the airport, a few minutes walk from the nearedt beach, grrat for the shopping streets. Well equipped studio. Clean and tidy. Good yo have a laundry on site too. Beach chairs provided were helpful. Unfortunately the area is very expensive so you don't get a lot of space for ypur money, and buying groceries to cook is very costly.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights and it was a great location with plenty of stores and food choices within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view.

The condo was very clean. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. A perfect location for someone who doesnt need luxury accommodations. The ability to have onsite parking was a huge help. Michael was very accommodating and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again!! accommodations.

Great location! Walking distance to many great spots and a quick Uber to Pearl Harbor. Walking distance (2miles) to Waikiki Beach. Simple but adequate accommodations for my sister and I. We were really only in the apt to sleep and shower. Hosts communications were clear and easy. Overall a super stay!!!
