Great location
Cons- needs a little love in the repair department. Silicone coming off,cupboards peeling etcProsLocation is great - 5 min walk to a beach for beginner surfers and 3 min walk to a long sandy beachEquipement (pots, pans etc) were all in good conditionWas there for a week and found the "welcome package" had enough suppplies (soap, dishwasherpods, wtc) was more than enoughCan see slice of ocean if thats a thing important to you
The grounds are well kept !!!! Not so with this unit! Come on guys this is a beach front condo in Hawaii it’s time for a complete renovation! Tile floors are cracked and chipped, all cabinets are in bad condition, screen door to lanai isint working proper, living room carpet is matted and stained, walls need painted, appliances have seen there day, do yourself a favor and renovate raise your price if need be but trust me it’s time. Yes you did tell me it hasent been updated but it’s time.wouldn’t you prefer excellent ratings over negative ones? Maybe think about selling the unit if u can’t afford a renovation. I stayed a month and had a great time in Hawaii I would stay at Maui Vista again there are many nice units but this is not one of them. I did take pics of the unit when I arrived just in case to prove the condition and I was not responsible for any damage!
It would be nice if it was updated a little more. Also having to replace toilet paper, paper towel, laundry pods, and garbage bags seems a little cheap. Whe i arrived, about 930pm, there was a lot of waiting for security to figure out our parking pass and find our place which was a little exhausting but overall i would definitely do this again. Tvanks for the exoerience 😊
Great price for a 2 bedroom condo with an ocean view and centrally located
The location is awesome. The peoperty is simple. The room was outdated, but we knew that when we booked it. Will definitely book it again.
Great convenient place to stay
Good price, good location, everything worked, owners were attentive/communicative. Might be nice to have a boogie board and some ocean toys. Nice job!
Great location right across from Charley Young Beach. We had a supermarket nearby to walk to as well, lots of shops. Being in the first building made access to the beach super easy. Apartment was dated as stated in the add, but the property managers made sure to make us aware prior to our booking. This was not an issue for us, and it met our needs completely.
Our stay at this condo was fantastic! While the unit may be a bit dated and in need of renovations, its spacious layout is perfect for larger families. Traveling with my three adult children was a breeze – everyone had their own comfortable bed, a rarity in Hawaii at an affordable price. The two FULL bathrooms were a great convenience. The air conditioning was effective, even prompting us to turn it off one night due to the rooms getting too chilly. The lanai provided a picturesque view of palm trees and glimpses of the ocean in the distance. The unit location was unbeatable, being in the building closest to the road, providing a short walk across to a stunning beach. Snorkeling right off the beach and witnessing breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly memorable. On certain days, we even spotted sea turtles swimming nearby. For those preferring alternatives to the beach, three pools, numerous tennis courts, and barbeque facilities were available. The unit itself was well-equipped with two air mattresses, two beach umbrellas, three beach chairs, and four tennis rackets with balls during our stay. The management company was outstanding, offering prompt and efficient service. Despite the dated interior and the need for updates, this place is a budget-friendly gem, especially for those requiring ample space, multiple beds, and a fully functional kitchen. The unbeatable price makes it an ideal choice, and I would gladly stay here again!
