Property Overview
Newly renovated and ready for you to enjoy your fabulous vacation in Hawaii. Stay far away from the crowds of Waikiki. Easy drive from the airport and less traffic than the drive to Honolulu. Enjoy the same beach lagoons as the guests at the resorts at Ko Olina but in a fully furnished condo.
Wonderful dining options include Mexican cuisine and a Michael Mina’s restaurant. Dine at Roy’s on the golf course or relax during happy hour at Monkeypod. Starbucks and a convenient market/deli are nearby.
The Ko Olina golf course, home to the LPGA Lotte Tournament, is within walking distance. A free shuttle leaves from the resort to Ka Makana Alii, the outdoor shopping mall with all the same stores and restaurants you will find on the mainland. There are also family activities at the mall on the weekends.
This two bed two bath condo is upstairs in the Fairways condo community. Strategically placed USB chargers allow for everyone to charge their devices at the same time. Watch an HBO special after a long day at the beach. This condo was newly decorated with unique items from the islands. Notice the vintage light fixture from the world renown North Shore Turtle Bay Resort above the dining room table. When you relax in the living room, take a look at the side table made from koa, a native Hawaiian wood. The master bedroom has a vintage Hawaiian dresser with carved calla lilies on the drawers. The board and batten walls are inspired by the plantations that once supported this island’s economy in the early 19th century and is part of our family history. You will see other interesting pieces we found on Oahu as well.

Enjoyed the stay - nice lagoons and restaurants just walking distance plus i also had my garage to keep my car inside. Pool area with bbq grills were nice for grilling and chilling. 100% satisfied
The condo was located in a quiet spot, close to activity, restaurants and the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed for a month's stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying on Oahu.
Condo is lovely - newly renovated. The only issue we had was the garage of the neighbour was directly below the bedroom and he was very noisy leaving for work at 5 am everyday.
Loved this vacation property. Well decorated, but very cozy at the same time. Extremely chill neighborhood despite close proximity to Ko Olina hub. Became my month long sanctuary. Will definitely stay here again. Only recommendation: the kitchen could use a better set of knives & basic utensils for those of us that like to cook
Spent the month of April 2024 at Ko Olina Fairways. Was very pleased with this rental - would definitely stay here again.
Unit was great as it was quiet, but easy to get to places on Oahu from there. Shopping nearby for groceries etc. had all the facilities, laundry, kitchen well established, pool a 2 minute walk away. Overall we were very pleased and would absolutely stay there again.

What a great location! 5 minute walk to the lagoons. The condo was nice we had a group of 4 adults and enjoyed ourselves.
Property was great! Townhouse was clean and accommodations were perfect for the three of us.
