Much to see and do in Waikiki. The world’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away, you will find the famous Kapiolani Park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing, and many tennis courts.
Public Transportation bus stops are located nearby and open the whole island to you. Parking is available on-site and is located in the below-street-level garage. Daily parking fees are approx. $30 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the top of the ramp. But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is within walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is awesome.

Close to great beaches and restaurants. Affordable, with Kitchen and private bathroom.
This is a great little space for one or two people, the space was clean, decorated lovely, small kitchen with everything you need. Very close to everything, shopping, dinning , beach and all the evening events at Wiki beach. I was here to move my daughter out of UHM, very close and the perfect location for evening dinners and shopping with her and her friends from school to say goodbye for the summer. Cheers
Richard, our host, was responsive and gave us easy-to-follow instructions for checking in and checking out of the studio apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a prime location of Waikiki. I would highly recommend staying at this spot!
The studio size unit is pretty basic, there is a kitchenette, with a 2 burner electric stove, and mini fridge and microwave. The linens provided were great and enough. Pretty simple, basic but great for sleeping only. The mattress was rough and not very comfortable. The owner of the listing doesn’t responds in writing but rather shows up in person, which it was kinda of odd when we reported that the coffee pot was missing, but he was kind, quick and respectful. The location is what is sells this listing quickly. The building is old and there is a musky smell on the hallway and when you walk in (I guess because the window a/c was turned off. The cleaning crew could have done a more meticulous job but overall it was ok. Hawaii is very expensive and for what we paid we could’ve have a much bigger and modern unit in other cities. Not in Hawaii, but like I said we spent most of our time outside and just came in to shower and sleep, so it was ok for us. We left behind a brand new umbrella for the next guest. Have fun in Hawaii!
Highly recommend staying here. Everything was as advertised. Communicative host. Very easy check in and check out. Location was prime
No problems
The condo was as expected: small but clean and in a great location. The parking garage was smaller and more crowded than anticipated so we had to find a garage further away. Richard was nice during check-in but make sure you put in your request for a late check-out in ahead of time. Overall, a good place to stay.
Arrival was disappointing with chaotic lock boxes and a dirty, noisy, unwelcoming lobby. Security/check-in was friendly. Room was exactly as shown, clean, with basic amenities but only one fork in the flatware drawer. Cleaning personnel in adjacent rooms slammed doors repeatedly (frighteningly loudly) when we were trying to nap in the heat of the day. Perfect access to beach and Maguro Spot for the best nearby poke. For a low(ish) cost stay in Waikiki, it worked for us.
The 1st floor was going through upgrading but it sis not interfere at all. Room as expected. Thanks!
Very good property although for those that want a decent kitchen it only has a small one. Property manager is very responsive and fixed all issues within a couple of hours of being reported. A Great place to stay for either business or pleasure
Property was perfect for us. It was only a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very well maintained, nice and clean. Has two porches. The view is not quite gorgeous, but who cares... It had everything one might need in the kitchen. You really can cook there, don't get confused by the pictures. Have to note, in case you come to Hawaii to watch TV there may be a problem- in our case the TV was not connected to the TV box, but it did not bother us at all. The building is secure, in the center of Waikiki, short walk to the beach, entertainment everything. (Have you dinner planned ahead, because of lines. Between 6 pm and 8 pm all people in Honolulu are staying in various lines.) Overall- highly recommended. Reservation, check-in, check-out was smooth. Thank you, Richard.
