Stay was great just a lot of gnats even with the doors close
We loved our stay and the fact that it was in a quiet countryside where we listened to the concert of thd frogs at night. I'm giving it a 4 stars only because it was extremely hot when we arrived, but that problem was resolved with all the fans that got the air to circulate and push the hot air out of the house and allow us to sleep.
Much mahalos for allowing us to stay in your home. Everything was perfect. It definitely worked for my ohana.
Met our needs.
The house was well prepared and clean for our arrival. We enjoyed the evening breeze which was great for sleeping.
We stayed at your home 2 years ago and as usual it was a very nice place and we loved it. We only had one problem and that was with the bed in the outer room. There is a dip in the middle of it which made it difficult for my sister and her husband to sleep. Its the same problem they had two years ago but she didn't say anything the first time. Other than that issue, everything was great.
Great location.
Coqui frogs were a nice lullaby. Warm (fans only), but we weren’t there during the day, so not too bad.
Very nice stay
We stayed for two nights and it was lovely. Lots of space for everyone, very quiet area. Frogs were amazing to listen to at night. Property is well stocked. Lots of beach equipment. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a perfect property to explore the volcano and Hilo, very clean and a great manager, thank you!
Great home to stay in with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the front porch, taking walks down the road and watching a movie. Close to some great restaurants and markets. Thank you!
Had a great stay Easy to get to and check in process was seamlessHosts responded immediately to any and all questionsBed was comfortable Maybe
We lived being able to cook and relax in one place. Excellent location to Hilo and Volcanos National Park. Well stocked for visiting families.
My husband and young adult kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was on a quiet road and had a lovely front porch to sit on.
Being a Housekeeping Manager all food and personal hygiene products should be discarded or taken out of the unit. There was a bottom draw in master bedroom that a toothbrush and roach poop and other things were left in there. A bar of soap and the main house there were empty brown bags, bathroom countless toothpaste and many other things.
House had enough room for all of us. It also had beach stuff, plenty of towels and games! Very clean and comfortable.
The house was clean. Good location. 2 hour drive from Kona airport. Not far from town and beaches.
Wonderful owners, communicated well, super hospitable, and a beautiful kept property. Everything was available with a few extras. Not far from hilo and lots of nearby amenities and shops. This place and the owners are superb. We are locals and they never treated us less than the tourist they also accommodate. We love this place and looking to book to return soon and stay here! Mahalo nui Hanohano ohana.
Perfect for our friendcation had everything we needed definitely would recommend!!
Great location to all the activities we did. Comfortable home. Loved the plants and birds in yard.
Absolutely everything about this place was 5 stars except for both of the queen beds were broken and extremely uncomfortable. Luckily we were only there 2 nights so it wasn't a big deal but seriously replace the beds and this place would be perfect! We loved the 3 rooms and the spacious living room and the nice touch of having beach/sand toys to borrow.
We arrived around 8 at night exhausted with jet lag and found there’s no shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The note in house says, “we have everything get you started.” I even called the owner where to find them but she said, guests bring their own, if you need them, closest store is located 15-20 drive. In our time it was after midnight. The house was nice and clean but we found roaches throughout the stay, so I was always on edge. There were plenty kinds of dishes and pans. Overall the house was nice but the stay was not as relaxing because we had to do a lot of things in order to settle in.
We really enjoyed our time visiting family. Fun at the beach. It was lovely coming back to the house relaxing having coffee on the porch. The decor was wonderful making it more inviting. Neighborhood is beautiful and friendly.
The house was very clean, it worked great for our family of five. The room of on it’s own with its own bathroom was great for our teenager to have her own space. It was a bit hot in the house when we would return from our trips, they had a note saying they were aware and are working on a fix. If you open the windows when you get back it cools down in about an hour or so.
