Spacious & Peaceful 2 BR condo w/ Strong wifi in Kona town

Our stay at thi residence was excellent. We spent two weeks here without a single issue. Everything works in the apartment, it was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.

There were 3 of us. More than enough room for us and our items. Very close to food, shopping, beaches. Can’t complain about anything. Would definitely book again.

We went for work so not to bad of a place, wouldn’t recommend if someone is planning a relaxing vacation, but overall decent place to stay outside of a resort style stay, comfortable for us as were locals

This place was a great fit for our crew and the homeowner was very active.

I booked for 5 of us in Nov. I was reuniting with my 3 grown daughters and one spouse after not seeing one another for a couple years due to covid. We weren’t able to all stay here together. The house only sleeps 4 comfortably. My daughter who lives on BIg Island stayed at her own place. It was very disappointing to say the least that we weren’t all able to be together. When I contacted the owners about the sleeping arrangements, they responded after I got VRBO involved. I let them know that I wanted a refund for the 5th person, since there wasn’t sleeping accommodations for them. They bullied me and didn’t deal with the situation in a clear, responsible manner. They did bring over a single futon and sheets for it. The house should have already been set up for sleeping 5, not after I have to bring attention to the matter. The house is a bit rundown and needs repair. The communication was poor from the owners between the time I booked and upon arriving. It wasn’t welcoming or helping me to feel comfortable that things were being taken care of. I do not recommend renting from this property or the owners.

The location is good for being close to everything, and Trinh is friendly and helpful. The listing photos and description are inaccurate, though. The photos show a much nicer place than the reality, both inside and out. There are actually close neighbors on both sides, which is not shown in the outside photo. The listing says "Air Conditioning," but the only AC unit is in the master bedroom. (It was very hot when we were there.) It is a downstairs unit, so there's lots of footstep noise from upstairs. The master bed was comfortable and bedding was good. However, there were very few towels, all mismatched, and no washcloths. Overall, we felt that we paid far too much for the place.

The property was perfect and owner was very hospitable. The location was perfect and very close to where we needed to go. Everyone was very happy. Sure hope it'll be available on the next family next. Mahalo nui loa.
