The parking garage is located at the different building just across the street.
Please send us the information of car brand, model, color, license plate number and your driver’s license number for garage registration. Do not park near or infront the laundry mat as you might get towed.

Just wanna t you now that we have added portable AC inside the room for your added comfort.
☆ WASHER & DRYER ☆
A quick heads up that it's a building SHARED laundry with multiple payment options ($3 per load) and you can use your card to pay.
☆ AIR CONDITION ☆
Just giving a heads up that we do have Central AC and 2 Dyson cooling fan for added convenience.
☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services & use your own account for entertainment.

The whole place needs to be painted!! Walls are filthy, refrigerator is dented and has no ice. The bathroom can only be accessed from the bedroom. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom only a fan. The air conditioner has a water bucket that must be emptied twice a day or it overflows to the unit below. There is no overhead fan-in the kitchen, you have to open all the doors for the smoke to ventilate out. The laundry did not work over one half of the time. Do not waste your money or time!! The only seating in the living area is a double trundle bed. How about a chair!!
