Please be advised that an exterior painting project is scheduled for this community during select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting.
• Minimum 29-night stay per Oahu ordinance
• Monthly rate applies in full regardless of nights occupied
• Electricity cap of $300 per month included; guest responsible for overages
• No grilling permitted on lanais per Oahu Fire Code

Very nice unit with all the amenities you need. Beds and furniture was comfortable. They have a nice beach wagon you can use. The owner’s car is in the garage, so you can’t park there.
Annually, we have spent months in the Coconut Plantation going back about 9 years. We keep a storage unit in Kapolei for our stuff, including our bikes, beach chairs, preferred appliances, cooking utensils, printer, etc. This year we downsized the storage unit. This property was so well appointed we needed less of our stuff, and we contracted to return next year for the same period. We plan to continue that pattern. Everything in the unit works well, appliances, internet, etc. Frankly, during the day, we spent a lot of time on the lanai where the furniture was very comfortable and the tropical Tradewinds gorgeous. The area around the unit is quiet and the residents pleasant. In fact, on Mother’s Day one of the resident families brought my wife a handful of yellow and red variegated roses and a Mother’s Day card the children prepared. Boom. Mic drop. We’re a couple in our mid-70s. The community’s location near Kapolei, with Costco, Walmart, Target, Office Depot, Ross and TJs, is perfect for a place you’re living a month or longer. The community offers a plethora of fitness classes with supportive instructors, including Hula, various Yoga practices, tennis, Pickleball, aerobics with hand weights, etc. Before we arrived, the rental agency provided a caution on the size of vehicles that could be accommodated. The caution was overly broad. We rented a mid-sized SUV, 2024 Nissan Rouge. It worked well with room to spare.
Aloha Lagoons is homey, clean, beautiful and all the thoughtful touches are so appreciated and enjoyed. Mahalo for the Aloha.
Away from the tourist center of Waikiki, not to far from good eats.
