Ola Properties was great at communicating with us which was great! The neighborhood was very nice but be prepared for a lot of HOA rules. The house was very spacious but I was expecting some more kitchen gadgets and more plates/silverware etc. we never had enough to fill up the dishwasher before we ran out of something. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will have two cars to make sure there’s enough space in the garage. I think the house could use a few updates as I feel there were quite a few little issues with plumbing and fixtures but nothing we couldn’t deal with. There isn’t a large selection of restaurants around but I did like the little shopping area and the happy hour at the funky monkey! Plus the lagoons were a five minute walk which was perfect for our little kids. Overall, I would definitely stay here again with our kids for the location to the lagoons and the size of the condo. It’s great for families with small kids but if it was just my husband and I, then I’d prob stay closer to Honolulu or the east coast because of the number of different things to do.
