Well finding the unit invested with cockroaches for one. But hey you’re a third party that really can’t help in instances like this. Must be nice to take a percentage and absolve yourselves when a rental goes sideways
We always stay at this property.. love the location and amenities… unfortunately this time the building is undergoing renovations which made it inconvenient. Parking was often blocked by construction workers and the lobby was closed. The unit itself was nice- had to call regarding a couple of issues like light out and broken dryer handle but all were fixed quickly. Looking forward to coming back after all the renovations are completed.
Property and location were great! Parking was an additional cost with tight parking spots. Room was clean with a great view! Amenities were limited and when you asked for extra it was like asking for gold! Overall we had a spectacular time and would definitely stay here again.
Our stay at Waikiki Shore 704 was excellent. All was clean and comfortable and the view of the beach from our lanai was fantastic. We were even treated to an impromptu fireworks display one night, which was very cool! The checkin staff was friendly and helpful and there was an on-site parking spot available for us when we arrived. The building is within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants and shopping so we pretty much just parked the car and walked everywhere. There was ongoing elevator repair or replacement during our stay which made for occasional waits but when we weren’t moving luggage we just used the stairs and that worked well. No complaints here!
Comfortable bed but one of the patio chairs was broken and it would have been nice to have a comfortable loveseat or chair in the room. The kitchen cabinets need a deep clean. They were filled with fingerprints and obviously not well wiped or sanitized.
Waikiki Shores offered us the perfect stay for our first trip to Hawaii! The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed from a small kitchen to washer/dryer. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and will stay here if we ever come to this island again!

We love to stay at Waikiki Shores. The location is perfect for us. Great views (we watched whales from the lanai every day) and easy driving access. The beach is one step, two steps, and a flop away. These condos are well stocked and appointed with gives us a lot of flexibility with meals and that's important to us. Will definitely stay at W.S. again.
Overalll it was an enjoyable stay and the property was physically all it had shown to be in the photos. The only criticism i have would be in communication with the on sight management. They didn’t have a parking spot for me when i got there and i received two different prices for 24 hour parking when they did have a parking spot available a day later (one person said $35 a say and then another said $40). A new system for return of the phob and garage control needs to be established as well for the visitors that fly out early so they can leave these with security or in a safe place at the front desk and not have to go running back up to the room to leave them. Security said it was because these items “have nothing to do with the building”?
