You have the entire condo to yourselves: both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, the living and dining area, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the private lanai.

Building amenities are open to registered guests during posted hours: pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, yoga room, BBQ area, fire pit lounge, sun deck, and the outdoor shower on the recreation deck.

Free valet parking for one standard vehicle is included. The valet entrance is at 110 Liliʻuokalani Avenue. Guest parking is valet only, self-parking is not available, and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. A member of our team meets you at the building, walks you up, and shows you the unit. The building has 24-hour security and onsite staff.

The living room is the main gathering space at BTS 1904, with ocean views, comfortable seating, and direct access to the private lanai. The sofa converts into a queen memory-foam bed for additional sleeping space. This space connects easily to the kitchen and dining area, making it simple to relax, eat, plan the day, or unwind after sunset.

The private lanai gives you a calm, elevated view of Waikiki Beach from the 19th floor. It is best for morning coffee, ocean air, and a quiet reset between beach time, meals, and exploring. You are across from the water but elevated above the street activity, which gives the space a more peaceful feel.

The primary bedroom includes 1 king bed, comfortable linens, and mountain and city views. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds, giving families, kids, and friends flexibility for separate sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are set away from the main living area, creating a more private layout for groups. Each bedroom has room-darkening shades.

The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials for easy meals at home: drip coffee maker with grinder, electric kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, spice rack, and cooking basics. Use it for breakfast before the beach, quick lunches between outings, or a relaxed dinner when you want to stay in. The dining area seats four comfortably and sits near the living room, so the space feels connected without being crowded.

BTS 1904 includes 2 full bathrooms, making mornings and post-beach cleanup easier for groups. The in-unit washer and dryer are especially useful for longer stays, beach towels, swimsuits, and packing lighter. Detergent pods are provided.

• Security cameras may be present in building common areas only. No cameras face the unit interior or private lanai.
• A noise monitor may be in use inside the unit. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
• Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. We collect the name of every overnight guest before arrival, as Honolulu requires.
