Place was clean and cozy. Great location for groceries at Safeway and close to pier. Kitchen was all stocked and had everything you need plus a few additional items like a cooler and freezer packs. Host was great evening provided spare old towels for bike.
We had an amazing time staying here! It was the perfect place to stay at. We were able to walk to a lot of places and things we wanted to do. The apartment it’s self was perfect and fit our needs wonderfully!
Beautiful condo with all the comforts and conveniences we needed! Nice touches like beach towels, beach chairs, dedicated parking spot, and a pool. Close to shopping, Kona shopping, great restaurants! Host Helen was very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Will book again in the future, I really appreciated the cotton bed sheets, the dish sponge and paper towels , the hand soap and the laundry pods being supplied, the place was clean and had necessary things as well. So clean and comfortable. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked with equipment, knives, etc. And we did walk everywhere, including the little local beach and the snorkle rental shop. Highly recommend this stay
Very well appointed condo. It was clean, easy to find and described as the listing. There were clear instructions on how to access all of the amenities. We loved the location and the nice breeze we got with the security door and lanai doors open. The bed was super comfy, and we felt “at home”. The decor was absolutely beautiful.

This was a great place to stay - it was very roomy and updated. The assigned parking spot was great! The location was mostly convenient except it was a little difficult to cross the highway to get to kona shopping. The place was very clean - the only thing that could be improved is new bathroom towels (they were fairly stained and couldn't really tell if they were clean). Other than that we found this was a beautiful condo in the heart of Kona at a reasonable price!
Noisy neighbors on the weekend. Condo had everything one might need. Pool was minimal
Nice condo with assigned parking. Walking distance to the Pier and Al'hii Drive. Clean but somewhat sparse furnishings. Helen was very responsive. There is a homeless presence in the area (not in the complex but on the streets). Close to Safeway, Walmart, etc.
This property is well located and handy to grocery store, restaurants and the beach! Helen was easy to get ahold of when needed and very helpful. The condo is well cared for and clean. Our stay was amazing and would highly recommend.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. My husband and I would stay there again.
Good walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bookstore, Foodland, Longs, and the Kona pier! Can be a little stuffy, but the AC takes care of that.

This is a very nicely remodeled unit. It’s better than the pictures as the pool area has new loungers and bbqs and the unit is more spacious than the pictures look. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, umbrellas provided. Assigned parking was a plus. Try to check in during daylight as the property’s pathway and outdoor lighting is very dim so it was difficult for us to initially find the right building and unit when we arrived our first night. Would stay here again. Only thing I wished was that the shower had better pressure. Thanks for sharing your unit Helen!

Cute one bedroom condo within walking of Kona. Nice upgraded bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable. Had access to the property pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus.

Overall, it was a good property to stay at. I did expect there to be coffee provided for guests and the pantry could have been better stocked with a few basic items, however the place was clean, quite, and easily accessible. An experience that I learned is to ask the host before booking what items come provided with the property.
Apartment is excellent and very neat.
