Ocean Front Beautiful Bottom Floor Condo B117, 1 minute walk to beach

The condo was great. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. The first floor was very convenient.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location near the pool and the beach with sunset views from the patio. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Maui.

Room was clean and stocked with towels and all you need in the kitchen. Ground floor was perfect for easy access to beach and pool! The 2 hr timers on the bedroom a/c units make it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Books, puzzles and games were a nice perk! Owner was responsive and friendly. Hope to be back soon! :)

Excellent family holiday - lots of space for our family of 4 with everything we needed and more. Location is fabulous, close to everything!

Amazing condo/complex. Updated beautifully and very clean. Steps from the pool area. Loved the bottom floor access. Perfect place to view every sunset right into the ocean, not behind an island. County Park is connected to the complex that has tennis/pickle ball courts. Rackets and paddles available. Host was amazing to work with and we will definitely be coming back to that condo. Five star for sure.

Tammy’s condo was the perfect location for enjoying everything Maui has to offer. While the exterior of the building could use some updating or cleaning, stepping inside instantly transforms you into a tropical paradise. The condo was well stocked with snorkel gear and beach essentials, making our stay even more convenient. Tammy was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of my messages. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Maui.

Our stay at this wonderfully decorated house was the highlight of our Maui trip. You'll love the location, just a short walk to the ocean shore for stunning sunsets every evening. The porch opens onto a beautiful lawn that stretches right to the water, where we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle during our morning stroll. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything a family needs, and a grocery store is just a four-minute drive away. Plus, you'll be close to fantastic restaurants and food trucks. The host was incredibly responsive, and guests have access to a community pool, a small gym, and ample parking.

This is an incredible property! Comfortable. Clean. Extremely well stocked with things like snorkel gear, beach chairs/mats and I noticed even things like an umbrella stroller and booster seat style high chair which would be so helpful if you’re traveling with little ones. Tammy, the hostess, was absolutely amazing to work with and was so accommodating. We absolutely loved our week in this unit. We were very comfortable. Just a few steps away from the (gated/secure) pool and right there by the ocean - not a better place on the island to watch a sunset. Can’t say enough good about it. Will definitely come stay again.

We completely enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process was seamless. We even were able to check in early. The property was beautiful and well kept. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the tiki torches around it at night were really cool. We had a great time. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Being on the ground floor was great for our little kids and grandma. We were close to the pool and beach. Easy parking.

We stayed for my 50th birthday! My husband, 24 year old son and I stayed and I had 7 friends staying through Maui sunset! This condo was by far the fave!!

Tammy was an awesome host to deal with and the condo was exactly as seen in photos. Tammy was quick to respond to questions leading up to trip, provided timely check in details and even addressed an AC issue within a reasonable time and had it fixed during our stay. Kudos to Tammy all around. Maui Sunset is great spot, we have stayed in other units before and would not hesitate to stay at Tammy’s unit again. You can’t beat ground floor level either.

Perfect location and amenities! The Maui Sunset never disappoints. The pool and concierge desk has everything we could need, the sunsets are spectacular and there’s just enough activity for all ages to keep us busy but also manage to have some “chill by the pool” time. We have been coming to Maui for years and choose this resort every time.

Great communication with owner, Tammy. Beautiful updates in entrance, living room & kitchen. Master bed was comfortable. Had items for beach. Our family had a wonderful day.

A friend and I come every couple of years.We love Mail and Maui Sunset .Our condo was was gorgeous and well appropriated.We had never stayed on the ground floor before and really enjoyed being close to the pool and we loved the resident chickens!

First time staying in Kihei and we loved Maui Sunset resort. Sunsets were amazing!! Enjoyed strolls on beach and the adjoining park. Unit was very comfy and well equipped! Kids enjoyed pool, and pool noise was not an issue. Owner responded very quickly to correct a couple small problems! Parking lot is a bit crowded if you are renting a van or truck, but we always got a spot.

Timer on my ac in bedroom should be noted … I understand saving money but when I am on vacation i like to sleep comfortably at night .. Made getting a good night sleep impossible Bed was hard…. Other than that location and room was beautiful

We loved Tammy's place. Access to pool was excellent with small kids. We really enjoyed the open space and all the extras. It was a lovely time.

Maui Sunset is a beautiful place and this condo is perfect!

Check in was easy. Never had an issue with parking. Ground floor, so no stairs or elevator was needed. It was nice having the patio directly connected to the courtyard, kids enjoyed the grass and the pool gate 30 feet away. Easy access to the beach. Property was maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was some beach equipment including chairs, fins, googles, snorkels, and buckets that we used, did not see an umbrella. Check out was easy. We would stay again.

Perfect 2 bedroom for our family of 4, being on thr groeund floor across from the pool with the beach and sunset just feet away was amazing. Definitely will be back

Have stayed at the Maui Sunset numerous times; it never dissapoints! GREAT place for those with kids who like to run, swim, walk the beach,and meet new friends. Highly recommend! Condo was perfect for our family of 5...

We really enjoyed Tammy's place for our first trip to Maui. The condo was well stocked, in great condition and conveniently on the first floor right across from the pool. We were impressed by all of the extras that were offered for our use including snorkel gear, beach toys, coolers and beach chairs. It seems like Tammy thought of everything. The only thing that would've been helpful is if the door had a keypad for entry instead of using the manual key each time but that's such a minor detail. It worked out great and I hoghlyr recommend her place.

Overall it was a great stay. The condo is in a great location with a great view. Our kids loved the pool. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pullout couch because the it hadn’t been cleaned and was noticeably dirty. It made the sleeping arrangements difficult for a family of six. Other than that it was great and I would stay here again.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4. Tammy was great and easy to communicate with. Condo is appropriately stocked with everything you will need. The condo complex is amazing, easy beach and pool access, being on the ground floor made it feel more spacious as you just walk out to the beautiful grass courtyard where there is access to putting green, shuffleboard, tennis and of coarse pool & beach. The association also has live music on the lawn on Tuesdays, it was fantastic. Best sunsets ever in the evenings too. We think this is the best valued place to stay in Kihei. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
