On the quiet end of Waikiki, on Oahu's sought-after Gold Coast at the base of Diamond Head, this 540 sq. ft. Colony Surf studio offers stunning ocean and Diamond Head views. This airy and fully-equipped studio is cooled by tropical trade winds (no AC) and its ideal beachfront location on one of the most perfect stretches of sand on Oahu, also provides a front row seat to countless glorious sunsets. 2-person max.
This is beachside living at its finest! Colony Surf is also home to world famous Michel's Restaurant and next door to the private Outrigger Canoe Club. Although there is NO pool at this location, on one side of the building you can enjoy playing tennis or walking in Kapiolani Park; on the other side, enjoy swimming and sunning on the sandy beach, or surfing the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. You'll be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet a close enough walk to shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife and the many attractions and activities that Waikiki has to offer!

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

– NOT PROVIDED: beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. This private vacation rental does NOT include resort services such as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or toiletry supplies, or hotel front desk services.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a wonderful location, but could use a little tlc. A fresh coat of paint and a repair to the dishwasher( to get rid of the bad smell in the kitchen) would be great.

We have rented at CS in different units about 6 times. First timers in this unit or others on low floors on the side might be bothered by the volleyball noise...but for us it is a welcome reminder that we are in Hawaii at the Colongy Surf. No need for AC as the trade winds flow right through. Captain Cook has by far the most easy and flexible rental policies, and they do a great job "on the ground."
