We could not have asked for a better lodging experience! The amenities were plentiful, the kitchen well stocked. Beach items provided and the beach steps from the patio. We would recommend this property to any couple! It is on the quiet end of Kihei and easy to get to all pats of the rest of the island. We will definitely stay here each time we come back to visit family!
Fantastic location, great property fully stocked with everything you need. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Beach is gorgeous and quiet, pool is cleaned every morning and the grounds are neat as a pin! Will be back for sure
Excellent property. Great location and ample amenities
Parking was convenient and easy. Kitchen was well stocked.A/C was ok . Too cold and noisy near where a/c is mounted not comfortable sitting by its side . and further in the bedroom a/c had less cooling effect, also Lighting was inadequate in the bedroom could not read anything.
Everything was great! Pool and pool area were always clean. On site manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The condo was perfect for 2 people. You cannot beat this location that is steps from the ocean.
We LOVED this property. It was precisely as described. The beach is quite literally steps away from our patio. They property is maintained beautifully and the manager, Sherry, is so very kind. We will be back!!!
This unit is so peaceful and private. Would stay here again! Very reasonable for what you get. Beach chairs and coolers to use which is a lovely plus. Maybe a small beach umbrella would be helpful. Thank you for sharing such a lovely property with us.
Clean, well supplied and beautiful condo.
There is nothing better than walking out your back door, heading across a healthy lawn and landing on a sweet beach that is never crowded. We loved the location, the easy vibe of Kihei, and the well appointed kitchen. We would stay here again.
Steps away from sugar Beach couldn’t be a nicer more convenient and relaxing place to stay

Well stocked with kitchen items, nice dishes and glasses, lots of baking dishes. The patio table and chairs are getting to the stage of needing to be replaced. This place really went above expectations! We stayed for 10 days and never felt like we were out of place. Over the top accomodations in the kitchen. Location was perfect, quite and not crowded. We slept in the living room pull out couch because we found it was too hot in the bedroom. Longest running farmers market is just a 10 minute walk. The beach was perfect.
