Clean, quiet, and great view

Everything was just exquisite. The house had really nice finish work. Was nicely stocked with kitchen items. Sliding door deck was amazing going out to the Lanai. Pools outstanding. I almost don't want to leave a great review because the prices are going so up high in this Ko Olina area. I'd like to keep it to myself. But, facts are facts. This place is awesome.

Loved our stay here , will definitely come back.

If I had to come up with something that needed improvement then the only thing I could even think of would be a more comfortable bed in the master suite and/or extra pillows. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. We truly hope to be able to make it back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our first trip to Hawaii!

The property as a whole is wonderful. Villa B207 could be great, however, it has some issues. The lanai furnishings are very worn. Cushions are flat, and the chairs are broken. The HVAC system was a mess. Even though a maintenance man corrected part of it 3 days in, we couldn't get the temperature even throughout the place. The middle bedroom was a freezer and had a mind of its own. There was a leak in the middle bedroom closet, probably from the shower. Like I mentioned, could be a fantastic villa with some help...

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The close proximity to both the pool and the beach was a huge plus. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are on the Honu Lagoon, the best of the 4 lagoons in Ko Olina. To the north, the Disney resort is as crowded and packed with screaming children as you'd imagine, compounded by having to share their lagoon with the Four Seasons. To the south, the Marriott manages to fill an entire lagoon on their own. Honu Lagoon, by contrast, is idyllic with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and clamshell cabana beds that are only pulled out and placed on the beach when rented leaving loads of space to stretch out and enjoy the seaside. One beach bar at the resort is sufficient in spite of management understaffing. Live music serenades the sunsets. We never felt over-crowded, except when we ventured to the other resorts. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 3 adult couples (six in total), although the two sharing the twin beds that were turned into a king complained about it being slightly less comfortable than a proper king bed. The kitchen was sufficiently well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. My favourite thing about the condo was how the living room opened right onto the lanai with patio doors that disappear into the walls. The pool and ocean are down a quick flight of stairs just outside the front door, but you can toss errant pool balls back into the water from the lanai. Ko Olani has the convenience of proximity to Honolulu without feeling like you're stuck in the city, and there's a lovely shopping area within walking distance. Loved it!

Needed Upgrade to make it a"5"REPLACE THE BROKEN SOFA SLEEPER COUCH! It should've never been left in the unit.FIX the glass doors that operate the AC. Comfort in the unit was a struggle.Bed and Beddings were old. The wooden stools need to be replaced. It's unsafe to sit on.there were adequate pots and pans.The floors are old and need attention.

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo for our twin 4-year-old's birthday, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The view from the property was stunning, and the pool(s) was perfect for our little ones to splash around in and enjoy. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the location—it was convenient to nearby attractions and beaches. Honu Lagoon was a few short steps away and amazing for our twins to float around in and build sand castles at the beach. My elderly parents also accompanied us and the 2nd bedroom with the walk-in shower was helpful! The property was family-friendly, and our kiddos had an amazing time. The outdoor space was great for relaxing, and the entire experience felt like a dream vacation. We truly had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again for future trips to Hawaii. Highly recommend for families with young kids and older adults!

It overlooked the pool and was only a short walk to the beach. Besides a dryer issue and sleeper sofa that wouldn't extend out, the property was in great condition! I can't say enough about how perfect this 3 bedroom villa was for our family vacation. We were a group of 6 with ages ranging from 16-62. There was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with little niceties like shampoo, soap, and tons of towels. The lanai is beautiful and so relaxing. The pool and beaches on the property were never crowded and very clean. The condo has beach toys and beach chairs included. We loved the little bar on the water that also serves snacks and some pre-prepared food. One thing to mention- this is a family resort and "quiet time" starts at 9pm sharp. They're not fooling around with this. If you plan on staying up late partying, you need to go offsite. Luckily there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the assigned parking space in the underground garage is between 4 support pillars and getting into the space is very tight and required some maneuvering. We rented a minivan and were thankful we didn't get the full-sized SUV we were considering.

Great spot for a family holiday. It has everything a family would need for Hawaiian vacation. The outdoor lanai can get noisy from the kids playing in the pool. The lanai is a great spot for a morning coffee and is sunny all day. We’ve stayed in the same unit for 2 years.
