Banyan Tree 300: Gorgeous, New Unit 20 ft from Beach w/ Stunning Ocean Views/AC!

The view is outstanding, great location close to Kona Beaches. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We’ve stayed in many beautiful oceanfront condos in the islands. This was an extraordinarily memorable place! The ocean view was mesmerizing. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and had restful sleep in comfy beds. Perfect location for exploring Kona and beaches north and south. Hope you’re lucky enough to stay in Banyan Tree 300!

Everything was great. The condo is next to a busy road but that makes it highly accessible to shops and restaurants.

We stayed here as a family of 5. The views are amazing in this corner unit with wrap around windows. Huge lanai to watch surfers and the sunset every day. We saw spinner dolphins and a seal from our lanai.The property is extremely well stocked as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We surprised our daughter for her 21st birthday and for her college graduation. She loved the fact that it was close to the pier/shops and that it was just the right feel of a luxury/vacation home. The mornings were amazing being able to sit on the balcony and watch the surfers and the sunsets were breathtaking. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. You will not want to leave after staying here. We 100% recommend this to everyone!

3 min drive to Magic Sands. 5 min to shops. Great AC. Wonderful views of surfers and ocean all day. Clean. Would stay again anytime.

We arrived after dark, so the absolutely amazing property would not share herself until the am! That being said, I arose early, before 0600 and my breath was taken away! The surfers were already in place, watching the horizon for the perfect waves! The sun was yet to rise, but the pinkish, lavender sky was already promising a beautiful day ahead. I made a cup of tea to sip while I made myself comfy on the patio over looking the ocean. The rolling ocean was so rhythmic and calming… I could have sat there all day! Once the others were up we discussed how we wanted to tackle Kona! My girlfriend and I decided to walk to town.. we are both walkers so the 3 mile venture was easy to accomplish! We many fun days and would absolutely return! Cynthia was a dream to communicate with! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay complete . An absolute must if you want to take in the gorgeous view,and tranquility of Hawai’i!

This was a wonderful and well stocked rental and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our time and the picture window and the balcony is everything. We would definitely stay here again. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable and having a beach that was nearly private right next door was also very convenient to watch the sunset with your toes in the water. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was my twelfth trip to Hawaii and third to Kona. This was without a doubt the best accommodations. The area is central to so many great food and beaches. The condo has a jaw dropping view of the ocean from a huge window or wrap around lanai. There was absolutely nothing I needed that was not supplied. Already booked for next winter. Cindy is amazing! Quick response for the few questions I had.

Or stay was amazing. The property was clean and updated. Location was great. Quiet at night with the sound of the ocean. We loved sitting on the lanai with coffee in the morning watching the surfers and cocktails in the evening waiting for the sunset. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry in the unit. Such a great time I want to come back next year for a longer stay!

This was a great condo. The building is older but it had been totally renovated and was just perfect. Very well stocked with everything you need.The view is amazing .Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the condo with everything we could have asked for. The sunset views, surfer activity and whale watching right off the balcony were incredible. Having beach gear was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this condo for future visits to Kona. The pictures and descriptions were highly accurate.

The live is absolutely stunning. Enjoyed our morning coffee watching the surfers. The kitchen was well stocked for all our meals.

Each morning, we walked into the living room and proceeded to count how many surfers were out. If the sun was out, so were the surfers. The view is breathtaking. It knocked me off my feet! The home was perfect with every amenity you could ask for. We feel so incredibly lucky we chose to stay here. It was just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was perfect. Very easy check in/out instructions. Host was very responsive. I loved the view. It was fun watching the surfers from the couch. The beach items came in handy. It was the perfect place for us.

Wonderful property! Beautiful setting right on the ocean, could not be closer unless you were in the water! Lanai is great for watching surfers, parasailing, paddle boarding, having coffee or a cocktail while watching a beautiful sunset. Great location, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms great, bedrooms great, beds wonderfully comfortable, awesome pillows. Easy in and out, close to most everything. Cindy readily available for any questions. I have used 5-6 Vrbos over the last couple years. While I have not been disappointed in any of them, this is definitely the best! 5+ stars!

Wow, what an incredible stay! This condo is truly a slice of paradise. The recent remodel is gorgeous, and the ocean views from the wrap-around lanai are absolutely breathtaking—you feel like you’re right on the water! We loved starting our mornings with coffee while watching surfers and sea turtles, and the sunsets were simply magical. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were heavenly, and the decor was stylish and modern. We also appreciated all the beach extras—snorkel gear, chairs, and toys—that made our days on the beach so easy and fun! The location couldn’t be better, with amazing dining, shopping, and adventures nearby. From manta ray dives to exploring tide pools, this place has it all. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again. If you’re looking for the perfect Hawaiian getaway, look no further—this is it! Don’t hesitate on this one, it’s a new listing, but it is 5 stars!

We stayed at two different oceanfront rentals in Kona. This had the best location for a relaxing experience. The peacefulness and view of the location was unbelievable. I don’t think there are many places like it in Hawaii. All you could see was ocean and lots of surfers. Place was small but adequate. Pool was nice and private. Plenty of sun. Owner was great to coordinate with. All around great experience. I wwould stay here again. but adequate. Living room

We stayed for five nights and remained blown away by the spectacular views from the giant picture window and the wraparound lanai! Everything in the unit is beautifully appointed and brand new. Cindy was a wonderful host - welcoming, quick to respond, and she made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return! Thank you, Cindy, for an unforgettable vacation!!

I am so happy that I took a chance on booking this beautiful new listing! My family and I had an amazing stay at this unit. The location couldn’t be better— it's perched over a local surf beach with views that took our breath away every day. Watching the surfers from the patio was nonstop fun. The giant windows really showcase the beauty of the Kona coast. The condo is new (looks like it was just remodeled) with very nice decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could expect (all new!), and the new smart TVs and alexa speakers were great. Kona was awesome - we did many fun coffee plantation tours and snorkeled right in front of the condo. We will definitely be vacationing here again. Don’t hesitate to book this one - it's the real deal!

This is one of those good spots. Location, style and the best chance you can have to really be here. Ask around… Kona is a rare and special place, Please love yourself, treat yourself, be blessed, stay here. It’s just right. No bad days at this spot. Wow, wow, wow. I’ll say it again - wow! This condo was one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever experienced. The location on the ocean is unbeatable—we fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The panoramic ocean views from the picture windows and wrap-around balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The condo has been beautifully remodeled with high-end appliances and lovely decor, making it feel like a resort. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the beach equipment that made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. The new linens were soft and fresh, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Literally everything in the condo, from the furniture to the kitchen tools, is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Cindy, the host, was a delight to work with and promptly answered all our questions. The only hard part was leaving . . .
