Aqua Palms Waikiki with Sea Views and WiFi, Parking Available

No closet per se. Very small counter space and micro was in the cupboard. Good size coffee pot, but too large for the limited counter space. No sink to wash dishes. Had to use the bathroom sink. Great view, but extremely noisy sitting on the lanai. Heavy traffic below. Great to have a parking space for your car, but entry and exit from parking garage very narrow. TV was complicated just to watch normal networks and remote had no channel selection buttons! IHOP and the Country Store next door were excellent

This place is very clean and is a great location. Staff and property managers all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip. Mahalo!

Pro -Location to to walk to the beach, Hilton, Waikiki shopping, grocery store -Carport provided at no extra cost and we were able to drive in and out freely -Short drive to the Ala Moana Mall and Target -Great view of the ocean and Diamond Head -Free water refill in lobby -Free wifi -Smart TV in the room for Netflix and YouTube ap -Owner very responsive via text -Refrigerator, microwave, plates and utensils were provided -Room was only 4 doors down from the elevator; no noise from the elevator was heard Con -Coffee maker in room; no coffee provided -Smell in bathroom -Leak under bathroom sink -If additional towels needed on top of the 4 bathroom towels provided and 2 beach towels, you are required to wash them on floor 3 -1 of 3 elevators was out our entire stay so getting up and down took forever -Ice machine on the 10th floor; we were on the 11th floor and needed to take the stairs or wait 5 min for the elevator to arrive. -Room should be inspected prior to arrival; bathroom curtains had mold and needed to be replaced and extra blanket provided needed to be washed (didn't smell fresh at all) -Front desk treated us as if we were different because we booked via VRBO vs directly with the Hotel. We had an umbrella delivered to the hotel while we were out but they didn't want to hold it at the front desk because we were not direct clients of the hotel. (Weird) My daughter also asked if she can get beach towels at the front desk, but they were rude in their response. She was not aware at the time we were provided only 1 set of beach towels in the room. -Only deadbolt lock on the door. Wish there was the extra door guard on the door for peace of mind when sleeping. It was only my daughter and I staying in the room and it didn't feel to safe.

It was our first time to Hawaii! The location was great as it was a short walk to the Beach. Room had fantastic view of Diamond Head the ocean & Fort DeRussy Park. The only complaint was the room faced a very busy road so it was fairly loud at night.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it. The best experience!

We had a very nice stay here. Parking was included, the garage is tight so don't rent a large vehicle. We rented a Honda HRV and it was perfect. The building is old, but the room is renovated and has a wonderful deck. So many channels on the TV! The bed was very comfortable! The only down side I can say is the tub won't hold water to take a back in. It was very affordable. And communication was amazing. We didn't need anything extra during our stay. The downtown noise is very loud, but, that's is the price you pay to be centrally located. The beach is walking distance. It was a fabulous stay!!
