Not to mention, it's only a short walk to Kalakaua Ave, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and the famous Waikiki Beach.
This lovely studio at the beautiful Royal Garden includes a queen size bed and sofa bed that converts into a twin. Features access to on-site pool, sauna, gym, free washers and dryers, and more. This unit is located on the 17th floor. 3 elevators available.

This unit includes a kitchenette with a small sink, single burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, medium size fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Even champagne glasses for your celebrations.
LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed (sleeps 1), seating area with two side chairs and a small table. On the other side of the sofa is a small dining area with table and two chairs.
BATH
This unit includes a full bath with single sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This home includes a private Juliet lanai overlooking the "city" of Waikiki, the Ala Wai canal, and the beautiful valleys on the other side of the canal.

The Royal Garden building offers amenities such as a pool, sunbathing area, sauna, BBQ area, fitness center, and free washers and dryers. Building has security, elevators and an attached, secured garage.
PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has in and out valet parking available for approximately $50/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

Practical, clean, nice view, nice facilities.
Elegant building. Very clean and well maintained. Great location, jut 3 or 4 blocks from the ocean. Comfortable bed. No complaints.
Balcony view was cool looking over the city and the canal. Clean cozy space
Decent place. Great city views. Tidy. Good communication. Pictures fairly accurate. Theres only one coffee mug and wine glass, suggest at least one more for couples traveling. Moldy shower curtain. Did not use the pool. Centrally located for driving distance, not entirely centrally located for walking. There is one very small ABC on the block. Restaurants and dining are a tad further. Theres a few parking spots on the street seemed filled in the evening but a few available during the day. They do not offer any late check out whatsoever even when you have no issue paying for the late check out and despite their availability calendar showing no incoming arrivals behind your departure. Save around 200 by booking directly through the hotel itself.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental during a water polo tournament in Honolulu and had a great experience! The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and tournament venues. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 9-night stay. The view from the balcony was a nice bonus, and check-in was easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting for an event or just looking to enjoy Waikiki.
