2 Mi to Town: Kailua-Kona Condo Steps from Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was extremely clean as well as the property grounds. Very well kept. You could see the ocean from the lanai. The condo is in a great location and provided us with everything we needed. Only used the air conditioning for an hour when we first arrived. Just had the windows opened for the rest of our stay. The pool was very refreshing for a night swim. At the end of the parking lot there's a bench overlooking the ocean. Great place to watch the waves & sunset. We would definitely stay at this condo again. No complaints at all.

Hello! This was our second time here at this Kona Condo. You couldn't ask for a better location. Walk just North a block to a cute coffee shop & walk to downtown & beaches if you want to. A place to park your car right near the front door of your downstairs condo. Our lanai is gorgeous & looks at the salt water pool & you can see the beautiful ocean. Sunsets are available every night with benches to sit & watch. So many nice people gather there every evening & a great way to meet people. This condo is spotless & decorated so beautiful! Having coffee on the lanai every morning was a dream! The birds are so beautiful & they come visit you on the lanai. Even a couple geckos visited us there too! Costco is near & other grocery stores too. The bed is super comfy as well. I cannot say enough about this place. I will not stay any other place but here! This place makes you feel at home. The only down fall about this condo & Hawaii was having to leave after 9 days to return home:) You will not be disappointed with anything in this condo. It has everything you will need

absolutely wonderful! Check-in instructions were clear, property was beautiful, well-stocked and comfortable with lots of homey touches.

Clean nice property !

We loved the location, although this unit needs updating. The furniture was very used and uncomfortable. And we had to leave during the daytime or stay at the pool because it was way too hot inside the unit, even with the fans going. There's no breeze at all.

Clean, safe accommodations! Had everything we needed to go to the beach or go out on day trips from body boards to coolers. Very private with a nice pool and good size lanais to watch and hear the Ocean!

Ali’i Villas is a small complex with a pool. The sound of surf breaking on lava masks the sound of cars on Ali’i drive. A sand beach, restaurant and convenience store with in a 10 minute walk. Plenty to do in driving range.

Great location, great pool, great family vacation!

Vacation is always pleasant, especially if you find a cozy place to stay. I love the city of Kona and where we stayed was very convenient to downtown Kona. I have stayed at this condominium more than once and each time I am amazed at the friendliness of the owners and managers. It was nice to live in a clean, comfortable condominium and enjoy the opportunity to swim in the saltwater pool and watch sunsets right on the oceanfront of the condominium complex.

The unit was very clean and well located at the Ali'i Villas complex. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly!

We attended a wedding at a venue just 2 blocks from here. It was very convenient. The place was perfect for the two of us.

Excellent accommodations, beautiful grounds, refreshing pool. Close enough to town but not too close for loud traffic or nightlife. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, luggage stands in the closet were a great help, and providing dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap was thoughtful. Extras in the condo included beach towels, coolers, and local maps and guidebooks. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo!
