C302 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with AC. C302 has a king size bed in the master suite, a queen size bed and a twin size bed in the guest bedroom. In addition, a teal sofa in the living room folds out to become a queen sized hide-a-bed, providing sleep accommodations for up to 7. Condo C302 has a newly remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new oak cabinets, new granite counter tops and new wood floors. The master and guest bathrooms are remodeled with quartzite and marble top vanities, new shower in the master bath, gold accent lighting, mirrors and accessories. Condo C302 has large white tile floors in the hall and living room and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Air conditioning keeps the condo very comfortable when the weather outside gets warm. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views and scenery overlooking the pool from the living room. The large screen TV entertainment center provides relaxing time for the whole family. The master king bedroom is an open loft into the living room with beautiful views of the Luana Kai grounds. Lay back and relax watching your favorite TV shows and movies from the master suite TV. Enjoy your meals in either the dining area on a glass and rattan table or out on the lanai with a glass table and newly padded patio chairs. Lay back and relax on the lanai lounge chair overlooking the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoy the whales from November to April, Watch kite surfers, wind surfers, and a variety of boats and birds all day and all year long. Turtles frequent the waters along the beach adjacent to Luana Kai and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center is a short walk up the beach. Some of the best casual snorkeling in the world is just a 10 minute drive into Wailea. Take a right onto South Kihei Road, continue all the way South until the road bends inland and becomes Okolani Dr. At the stop sign, turn right onto Wailea Alanui Dr. In a quarter mile, on the right, is Ulua Beach Park. Remember to take all your valuables out of the car and be safe in the ocean. Pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. Pickleball & tennis courts. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.
