A piece of paradise located in the heart of South Kihei.

Location is perfect great for walking to the beach and shops, as well as central for driving around the island. Room was clean and had good AC Pool and hot tub were clean and nice Parking was easy and host was responsive! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was nicely set up and the neighbors/guests above and around us were quiet. It was also nice that they provided beach towels, which we washed afterwards using their washer and dryer. The only negatives were it would have been nice to have curtains (simple curtains with a rod and large o-rings to push by hand) in the bedroom, the mini blinds did not provide the best privacy with the walkway just outside. We also found out that the bedroom window was left half open. We didn't notice until the following morning after check-in when we were heading out and saw that the window was open (wondered why we heard folks walking outside so clearly that night🙂). Tips: To find the condo when you arrive, enter the bldg by the swimming pool about half way up the driveway on the left side of the facility. It's easier to find the condo. Go down a flight of stairs and then up a flight of stairs to the 2nd flr. We originally entered the front of the blg and it was a maze with many steps to get to the condo. The parking registration is by the swimming pool at the center entrance and you can park in the front or upper back lots in the spaces NOT marked "Owner". For the washer and dryer push the power button a few seconds to turn them on. The dryer exhaust box is in the hall closet next to the kitchen.

Disappointed in that not everything was working for our stay including kitchen fan and light over stove and garbage disposal. Polyester bed sheets extremely hot and no other replacements. Wind caused loose sliding door to bang constantly making uninterrupted sleep impossible most nights which made for a very disappointing vacation choice. Location is as expected. A few very minor upgrades and changes and thought into detail would make the place just fine. Disappointed overall as the little things made our vacation a non vacation.

The unit was well equipped, all new appliances and cookware. Everything was nice and clean. Management was very responsive, easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.

I fixed the drain on the bathroom sink. I also shimmed the linen closet door so it would not drag across the floor tiles. ( temporary fix only)The bedroom needs a good cleaning under the bed and along the wall behind the headboard.We loved the Maui weather.
