Convenient location, great ocean view, and plenty of room in the heart of South Kihei. Walk to everything!. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a window A/C, access to the large lanai, and an ocean view. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers. The living room features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, window A/C, couch, two recliners, lanai access, and an ocean view. The dining table provides seating for six. The kitchen is stocked with major appliances, cookware, dining & glassware.
There is a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience. Free high-speed WIFI & cable TV.
Relax, watch whales, or just enjoy the shade on your double lanai. The rooftop has grills and seating for dining with an amazing view. Kamaole Beach 1 is just across the street. If you want a break from the beach, the pool is a perfect place to enjoy the sun and take a dip. There is covered storage for bikes and surf/paddle boards. Conveniently located, famous, white sand beaches, tasty restaurants, activities, and shops are all nearby. World-class golf courses are a short drive away. If you want to explore the area, venture just across the road to idyllic Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, 3, or Charley Young Beach or Cove Park. The Cove is the place to take surfing lessons or watch others enjoying the waves. There's a park and plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction. You can stroll along the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, down the coast to Wailea Point. There are plenty of options to enjoy your vacation in Maui. Free, unassigned parking for one registered vehicle.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The view is outstanding and the host responds very quickly to needs. The beach and shops and restaurants were very close to walk to.The lanai has metal shades on all the units that rattle loudly when there is windThe unit is very hot, and has a loud older a/c unit that heats up the lanai and is not enough to cool the living room during the day. The master bedroom a/c worked well.Had to have a plumber come when both showers backed up. They wanted me to wait until the next day but I complained and someone came right away. There is no disposal in the kitchen so makes clean up hardBeds were comfortable, multiple fans in each room did help with the heat It is not updated but fit our needs for 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Outside patio door was extremely difficult to open. We had to use the sofa bed also and it needs to be replaced, was very old, lumpy and rolled to the middle. Not comfortable for an adult.Not a fancy rental but was satisfactory. It was not a great value for the high price
