• Please note: The assigned parking stall is located on the 6th floor. After parking, guests must take the parking garage elevator down to the lobby level, then switch to the residential tower elevator to reach the unit.
• Please be mindful of the parking height clearance of 6'3. Heightened wheelbase vehicles, large trucks and SUV's may not fit in the garage.
• Lost parking gate cards will result in a replacement fine of $250.00
• Lost garage entry fob will result in a replacement fine of $50.00 per fob.
• Early checkins may not be available due to the parking gate card used by cleaning, please do not checkin early unless advised.
• Checkin time is at 3PM.
• Checkout time is at 11AM.
• For the use of the bunk beds and sleeper sofa, please provide advance notice so we may provide additional linens in the unit.
• Laundry pods are provided for the washer and dryer.
