This is a combination of 2 separate units that's close from one another.
First unit, 3rd floor:

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Please note: the air conditioning unit is located in the living room only; the bedrooms are not air-conditioned.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, and there's a queen-size sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.
For your beach days, we provide beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. Snorkel gear and other beach equipment are available for rent nearby.
