This rental apartment is equipped with a spacious and comfortable large sofa that can be converted into a sleeper for added convenience. There is also a 65-inch smart 4K TV with built-in Netflix and other streaming services, allowing for a wide range of entertainment options. To ensure that you stay connected throughout your stay, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Additionally, a window AC system is installed to ensure that you stay cool and comfortable during your stay.

Kitchen:

This rental property boasts a beautiful, spacious kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for you and your loved ones. The centerpiece of this kitchen is an expansive island that provides ample seating for you and your guests. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop/oven, cooking utensils and condiments, pots and pans for your convenience. For added convenience, we feature a large vanity sink and LED backlit vanity mirror, perfect for your morning routine. Our walk-in shower boasts a modern glass panel, providing the ultimate spa-like experience. We also provide a range of amenity kits and supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer for your convenience. To ensure your comfort, we offer fresh hand and bath towels with washcloths, as well as beach towels for your enjoyment. For your convenience during your stay, we have provided several closet supplies. Important Notice: Pool Closure

Please be advised that the Waikiki Banyan pool is scheduled to be closed from September 14 through September 21 for necessary waterproofing work. These dates are tentative and may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and the progress of the project.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site.

Unit Size

Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person.


Sofa Bed

Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared.

Housekeeping

This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay.

Parking

One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost Security Key Fee: $50/per Key and Lost parking card: $250.00 per replacement fee.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions.

Building Operations

The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations.

The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.
