Important Resort Notices
- Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited.Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion. Please contact Hualalai Resort directly for more details.
- Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
- The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

A beautiful property and perfect stay!
Amazing place. Everyone has their own space and can come together in great common areas both inside and outside. Pool and hot tub were super and the bbq option was fun. Great house. Golf carts were super fun way to get around.
Such an incredible property. It was so amazingly well stocked, gorgeous high end furnishings (as well as interior design) -- and just simply perfect and stunning for our big birthday celebrations. We all said (and there were 8 of us) that we would LOVE to come back -- and already thinking how we can all get away again next year.
This home for our family vacation was absolutely perfect!! From the moment we booked, it was nothing but ease!! This home has everything you would want for vacation & lots more! The kitchen had every item you'd ever need, 2 sitting rooms & the outdoor lanai gave everyone room to spread out & be very comfortable!! The driveway fit both of our rental suvs no problem! The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds & luxurious bedding (our group is quite picky)! The bathrooms were gorgeous with terrific water pressure & the 3 outdoor showers were a fun extra! The guest house was really nice & private, our own quiet master with a gorgeous closet & bathroom. The laundry room with washer & dryer with detergent & laundry sheets was very helpful for us! The pool/hot tub were clean & the perfect temperature! Having the 2 golf carts made getting around the property nice & fun, allowing us to all go to the beach, pool, spa, golf & eat when we wanted! We loved being on the Four Seasons golf course, the view was beautiful looking at the course & then the ocean in the distance. We had the home cleaned one day & they did a fantastic job! Elite Pacific made it so easy for our stay! They communicated with us before we arrived about our needs & they connected us with the Four Seasons Concierge who assisted us in arranging all of our plans on property. As soon as we landed Elite contacted us about check in, which couldn't of been any easier! 5 star home with 5 star service!!!
Excellent layout. Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the hotel, but with the pool and open areas and kitchen, the house could easily work without using the hotel amenities. Top notch!
Everything was wonderful on this trip. The check in was literally driving up to the front door, opening the lock box, and we were in the beautiful house, all to ourselves. The kitchen was amazing with more than everything we needed. The 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms were perfect. The outdoor living area and pool were incredible. And we were within the confine sof the Four Seasons Resort with all the amenities with Great restaurants, pools, fish pond, fitness center, etc, etc, etc, etc>>>>>
