Great room! It feels comfortable, its conveniency of washer dryer, kitchen, and all the homely supplies like cooking seasoning, small appliances, cleaning products and supplies, etc....everything was great! Except that the portal that I had to log into had information that was not applicable. The pool code was wrong-it was another number as the pool man had told me. And the rubbish information was wrong. The portal says I could leave the rubbish outside the door in the hallway. We had a phone call message saying that we could not leave rubbish in the hallway and we had to dispose it ourself in a rubbish bin that we could not find near our room.
Beautiful unit with exceptional ground floor location within the resort. The kitchen is very thoughtfully appointed with top of the line equipment. Two full bathrooms, one bedroom, more comfortable seating than two people could need. We had a tiny issue getting all of the need-to-know details from the welcome app as it was not available to Android users. Candace was amazing, replying within minutes both by phone and email with the pool/fitness facility codes. (In hindsight I should have messaged the host before we travelled regarding the app.) The resort, pool, waterslides!!, hot tubs, grounds, location all fabulous with a full grocery right across the street. If looking to stay in the Kapa'a (centrally located to north and south) this unit is a prize booking.
Such a great place to stay. Nice size with a kitchen that has all the amenities. The pool is awesome and location is central on the island to enjoy all the beaches around the island. Will definitely come back again!
Great room, great area, on the beach with a restaurant and pool on property and less than 15mins from the airport. Can't wait to come back
What a great place! Kapa'a is nice pretty busy but pretty. The Oasis restaurant is a good spot and super easy. Good location for exploring the rest of the island
We had never been to the island and were pleasantly surprised what a great location this is for exploring everything this area has to offer and under an hour from other locations to explore. The pool was perfect for our pre teen kids and easy access from the ground floor unit. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. Felt like a high end resort with only what you need without being over done. The welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch and was great to have some beach equipment in the unit. Hope we’ll be back!
Full kitchen with separate bedroom was fantastic, rather than a studio apartment as some units advertise. Short walk to the beach in the morning provided beautiful sunrises. The unit was warm/inviting/comfortable with the colors/wood and decoration. Finding the unit in the resort was very easy and its location was convenient for loading/unloading. Parking, getting in and out out of the resort to the main roads, and access to groceries/stores was super-convenient. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.
A nicely furnished unit. A few problems with technology but they were fixed.
My family and I had a great five night stay. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and much bigger than I was expecting!
This property is exactly as reflected in the description and pictures. The property and room are exceptionally quiet. Most properties have the bare minimum but this property went above and beyond with little extras included such as dishwasher and washer soap, extra towels, beach chairs and umbrella and spices for cooking. We loved staying here and would highly recommend. Thanks so much for an excellent experience.
Very comfortable and clean; all the amenities of home. Comfy king size bed; unit is quiet and close to parking lot; great pool and deck area; resort rents bikes etc. Safeway & Starbucks across the street. Would come here again.
We had an absolute blast in this unit. Let’s start with that first. The pictures are exactly as pictured. This place is stunning. The lanai opens up to a well manicured lawn and glorious botanical trees and flowers. One of the pool gates is steps away from the lanai which was super convenient.BBQs worked great. Ability to take towels was super easy. Very short walk to the beach. You can see it from the room. The pool fountains were a nice touch to help lull us to sleep. Living space is outstanding. We loved the soaking tub and having a full washer and dryer. We were excited for the espresso machine but ended up using the drip- we are quite refined and the espresso machine doesn’t get the grounds nearly as fine as they could be but we managed. I don’t think there wasn’t anything in the kitchen we didn’t use which really helped us feel at home and saved us money on eating in. Overall- the communication with the host- Candace and Sheila, the cleaning queen was exceptional. Truly an amazing stay and can guarantee we will stay here again!
Location
The ground floor well-decorated condo next to the pool & gym provided privacy due to the plants and trees. The complex is on a nice beach. Across the street within close walking distance from the complex are all the amenities one needs, e.g., grocery store, drugstore, and even a Ross for forgotten items.
Kitchen Amenities
The condo is well-stocked with flour, sugar, brown sugar, Splenda, 20 spices, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive, sesame, & spray oils, white vinegar, Coffeemate, hot coco, cornstarch, salt & pepper, & coffee filters. There are food storage containers, plastic wrap, Ziplock bags, and foil. One will need to purchase whole bean or ground coffee for the Mr Coffee and Breville Espresso machines. There is a coffee bean grinder.
The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances, & an extensive new collection of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and silverware for eight persons.
Condo Amenities
Plenty of high quality towels, soap, shampoo, house cleaners, & dishwasher, dish, hand, & laundry soaps. Included are two large screen TVs, AC, filtered water, washer & dryer, & jacuzzi tub & walk-in shower for two.
Onsite Amenities
Beautiful unheated cold pool with two waterslides, beach, very well-maintained pool and beach chairs with umbrellas, towel service, snack and cocktail bar poolside service, and an onsite restaurant. Beautiful landscaping.
D101 was great. Only 2 reasons for not 5 star rating and that was wifi was spotty for me and the pool was cold.
What a beautiful property! My wife and I enjoyed a two week stay in September. This was a great central location and the condo and property were simply amazing. Everything you need for a great time at the beach is included in this rental and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've ever experienced at a vacation rental property. We will definitely stay here again!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our daughters (6 & 10) slept on the spacious pull-out couch and the rental was more than enough space for us.
The pool was fantastic and our girls loved the waterslides.
The location was right in between Poipou Beach and Princeville. We were able to easily access either side of the island in 35 minutes.
There is a wonderful family friendly beach (Lydgate) just 6 minutes away. And our family enjoyed the Wailua kayak adventure that was also just a few minutes away.
Grocery store, shaved ice and ice cream right across the street.
Would 100% stay at this location again.
We loved our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo was beautiful and had anything you could possibly need. The Oasis restaurant on property was excellent and you can’t beat the view. Using the pool was easy and relaxing. Parking close to the room was easy and the central location was very convenient. Super easy process from start to finish.
The space was great and the outdoor amenities were great for our family. The check in and out was seamless and no troubles during our stay. Amenities in the unit were top notch
Well equipped, close to the beach, as advertised. The only thing, the bed had some sand in it as the sheets were not changed. Other than that, excellent. I highly recommend it . Thanks

We had a great time as a family at this property. The unit was well-furnished, stocked with anything we needed (beach chairs, coolers, travel crib, etc), and the walk out onto the grass was perfect for our 15 month old. Even the cookware was solid and high quality. The pool was great - very family friendly, but you could also find little private corners to get some peace and surround yourself with waterfalls and bright flowers. The Safeway across the street is one of two 24 hour stores on the island, which is perfect for all the things we forgot. Definitely would stay again.
We were very happy with our unit D101. Quality furniture, bed, towels, kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, decor, beach items etc. Very clean and spacious. Pool was freezing. Wish it was heated. Hot tub was great. Grounds are very pretty. Gym was adequate and met our needs. We had a slight problem with the living room TV and put a call in but never heard back. Bedroom TV was fine.

The condo and resort were very nice and inviting. Resort staff and condo host were very helpful and engaged in making sure we had a comfortable experience. Condo provided everything that we needed with nicely equipped full size kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, easy climate control system, comfortable bed as well as outdoor beach items we could borrow. These beach items of the folding chairs, ice chests, umbrella, snorkeling gear, and kids sand toys were very useful for us. The floor level condo was convenient as we didn’t have to deal with the elevator and provided direct access to the pool area and koi pond. My son really enjoyed the slides and wondering swimming water ways the pool provided. Right off the pool area there was direct access to Oasis restaurant and the beautiful beach. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend renting this condo to anyone and if we ever come back to Kauai then we would probably see if we could stay here again if available.
