Loved this condo! Worked great for family of four.
The apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment is located very close to the ocean and has a direct view of the ocean from the two bedrooms and living room area. The pool area was wonderful and maintained in a very good condition. The condo association also has an exercise room that is equipped with free weights, several resistant weight machines and a variety of running machines and bikes. The resort is also located across the street from a shopping center that includes a Safeway grocery store, a Ross clothing store and several restaurants.
This home was perfectly centrally located to access all points of interest on the island. The home came equiped with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for the beach days. The pool is massive and has 2 slides and 3 hot tubs. There's also an incredible ocean view from the balcony. No black out curtains had us waking up pretty early.

We only stayed in this unit for two days since the first one we stayed in wasn’t available for the entire stay. This unit was so nice! We had some chocolates and goodies waiting for us on the counter, lights lit to welcome us. Very clean, lovely furnishings and a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the pool. We usually stay in the ground floor units but we will likely book this one when we return to Kauai especially now that our kids are older and we don’t need the ease of ground floor entries.
What a beautiful resort and room. Plenty of space, resort was peaceful even at the pool. Just so relaxing. Saw a Hawaiian monk seal perched on the beach in front of the hotel. Close to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great home with a great view
We stayed here during a recent business trip to Kauai. The unit was immaculately cleaned and the view was spectacular! We liked it so much we rebooked the unit again for a November business trip. I would stay here for vacation as well.

My husband and I with our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights on the back end of our vacation. It was a fantastic place to end our trip. The unit is perfect. Great views.
This condo was the perfect mid-point to tour the entire island. They welcomed us with a few snacks and a couple days worth of coffee to get us started. It is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Safeway, Starbucks, ABC, and many restaurants. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, pots, pans, cooking utensils, beach chairs, umbrella, snd sand toys. The beds are comfy. The showers are nice, and everything was super clean. Having two bedroom suites with patios was AMAZING! The air conditioning was quiet and worked great! The kitchen had everything you could need including an ice maker and trays. The washer and dryer also did a great job of getting our clothes clean and dry. Hanging clothes out won’t get them dry due to humidity, so the dryer was very useful! The pool and grounds are beautifully kept. If you want a quick way to the beach, use the stairs directly across the hall from the entry door. We used the stairs by the elevator to get to the pool and car, but the other stairs are a shortcut to the beach. We loved staying in this condo. I highly recommend it!!!! Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has an incredible view from the living room and one of bedrooms. The management company was very friendly and quickly addressed several repair issues. While it’s unfortunate a few things didn’t work, they addressed quickly and promptly and checked in to ensure it was satisfactory. Would rent again!
Everything was excellent, including amenities, cleanliness, ease of check in and digital communication.
We loved the views, central location to the island and amenities like beach chairs and pool noodles that came with the rental. Beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable with sunrise and moonrise views. We missed not having coffee provided in the room but everything else was amazing.
We loved our quick stay in Kapaa. The location was perfect and you can’t get any closer to the beach!! Pool was super fun as well. We will definitely return!!
Waipouli Beach Resort was delightful!
The Spa was a bonus!
The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was not open for breakfast and not open every day.
