Wailea Ekahi 36E offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! You will enjoy this second level condo surrounded by tropical foliage. The private lanai offers a relaxing space with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, indoor/outdoor living is seamless. Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion.
The spacious and inviting living area is a great place to gather after a day of enjoying all Maui has to offer. Eat in! Kitchen is fully equipped with all any home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a gourmet meal. The dining area allows seating for four.
At the end of a fun filled day drift off to sleep for the perfect nights rest, the primary bedroom offers a comfy large king bed, ceiling fan, and AC to keep cool any time of year. The ensuite bath offers a spa feel with beautifully tiled shower and large vanity.
The guest bath is complete with shower. Washer/Dryer allow for lighter packing.
Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It doesn't get much better than this!
New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.

This is our first time staying in this complex or this property, we typically stay across from Kam 3 every time we visit (multiple times a year). We were so impressed with the property and the multiple pools, specifically the pool adjacent to Keawakapu beach. Meaning the gate leads to the beach. This was absolutely incredible to have access too, along with super clean bathrooms, a large outdoor kitchen with huge fridge (where we were able to put snacks and drinks while at the pool & beach). The walk from the condo to the beach pool took about 15 min, the hack for this was to drive down and park at the beach parking, there is a gate at the parking lot that leads to the pool. Proximity to the other resorts (you can walk to Andaz - we rented a cabana there one day) or enjoy the Wailea beach walk easily is fantastic. It is a short drive or 20 min-ish walk to the Shops at Wailea and great restaurants. Easy access to everywhere. The unit is clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, nice dishes and glasses, ice maker in the fridge was a great help. The deck is large and while it is adjacent to the street we didn't mind the noise during the day when enjoying the trade winds and at night with a/c running you could barely hear it. They have a sound machine in the bedroom as well (we did not use it). Parking is right at the unit. We had one small hiccup and the communication and efficiency of the rental management company was awesome. Great condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was simply stunning, with a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside. The apartments were very cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The only thing to be aware of is the noise from the cars, as the building faces the street, but earplugs were readily available.

Easy access to the beach. Good sized unit that was well decorated and had everything you needed to cook. The bed was amazing and slept so well. 100% better than any hotel bed!AC was not working but management made sure to communicate immediately and fixed the issue ASAP. Road noise was more than expected but did not bother us.

The property is beautiful!The condo is nicely appointed with all the supplies needed for a short stay, but it is outdated and the carpeting is old and stained.This particular condo faces the street. All you hear is street noise all day and all night.I see that other condos in this village face the scenic side of the building, so next time we will look for a different unit.Property management was very efficient.

The unit and property were very nice. The pool and pavilion were wonderful. The unit is a long walk to the beach. The lanai/unit face a busy and noisy road taking away from the experience.

The unit was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. There was enough room for 4 since there are 2 full bathrooms. There were beach towels, chairs and beach toys for kids available. The unit is a bit noisy because it is directly on Okalani. I had an AC problem due to a storm which was handled quickly and appropriately

Place was exactly as advertised. There was road noise starting around 5 AM everyday so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t stay here. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

The property is immaculate. The location on the island was ideal for where we wanted to visit. But the unit's lanai faced a busy street, so we were not able to use the lanai, which is always a highlight of our stays in Hawaii.

There’s a lot of street noise even at very early hours which isn’t great for a good nights sleep. The place is clean and spacious and otherwise nice but we felt ripped off by the noise and would not stay here again. Also very limited amenities like tiny beach towels. Tiny tv in bedroom. Tiny body wash that will last you about a day. No personal touch. Just the minimum.

The condo was really nice! It was clean, had everything we needed. It’s a great location right where Wailea starts. The pool we went to was really nice! It has a kitchen, ice, nice resort style. You can go out and swim in the ocean as well, the beach is right directly in front. It’s minutes to the Wailea Shops too! I would love to bring my family back

Have stayed here many times but not in 36E , road noise is loud and starts early, they also didn’t mention that the main pool was closed

Beautiful property meticulously maintained.
Great central location on the south coast.
Our unit was nicely renovated and very spacious.
A bit of road noise but good trade off for the pricing.
