Nice view, quite corner, unbelievable sunrises. All was good but the condo needs a spruce up. Especially the “Chefs Kitchen” Ha! I’ve never seen a kitchen with knives held together by duck tape....
The property ground is well maintained even though it has shown its age.The disappointment however, is within inside the unit. In my opinion, the owner has neglected to update all the essentials for a very long time. The wear and tear and the dated utensils has caused much discomfort and frustrations to the visiting guests. The following are my observations :Dining room chairs are totally worn. The foam cushons sunk and cannot support the weigh of even a child.Shower head is dated. The water spout is partially block and thus, decrease the water flow. Worst yet, the position of the shower is meant for a tall person. A challenge to anyone under 6' to manipulate the water angle. It was like having a rain shower to most shorter person.Bathrrom faucet water pressure was weak and very slow to heat upKitchen essentials are basic, limited and dated. There were so few plates, glass or cups(mix and match) just enough for one use each time for two people.Meaning we must wash and clean every time when we cook, as there were never enough dish to spare for a susequent meal. Therer were the absence of key cooking utensils, and not even one metal spatula or tong provided for the outdoor bbq. The blinds in all the windows are undersize. Especially in the bedroom where it could not shield off completely.There were minor cleaning issues but we could not fault the mainteance crew. The unit is desperately in need of a face lift and otherwise, it will continue to deteriorate.
Lovely condo with so many windows providing brightness and great mountain view. Very clean and spacious in a very quiet area.
Well equipped property in Waikoloa Beach resort.
Clean, quiet.. great views of Mauna Kea and sunrises. The unit was as described. The Walk ability to Kings/Queens for shopping or dining was great. Unit had an assigned parking spot, which was nice. The grounds at the shores were well kempt.
A lovely unit with a wonderful wrap around lanai and view.
I loved the mountain views from the lanai. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo, well located in a quiet area. Only thing I would have liked was a beach umbrella. They had chairs, cooler, tennis rackets and balls....but the umbrella is a must on the beaches.
