My daughters and I had an amazing stay. Easy check in and check out process. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The location was great with wonderful beaches close by and it was nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. I love that they had beach chairs with an umbrella, coolers and other beach equipment. Looking forward to returning soon!

This is actually one of my favorite rentals. We enjoyed the location. It is right next to the pool, view of the golf greens and in walking distance of food and shopping. It is a quick walk as well to A-Bay beach. It had the best amount of beach su[plies- there were big and small coolers, excellent boogie boards, sand toys, great back pack beach chairs, a good beach umbrella and even some beach shoes. I was very impressed and hope they keep this good quality and amount of supplies for always. The kitchen was well outfited with ice maker and water filter, there were some salt/pepper, cooking spray and some paper supplies in the pantry closet. The starter set of dish soap was plenty. Beds were very comfortable. There is an elevator to the third floor. Absolutely no issues with noise from other units. They keep the a/c set at 72 degrees but it was never really an issue.Only thing this unit needs is curtains/black out shades. The sun comes in really early so bring face masks. Also, shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers would be helpful/nice. Would definitely return.
The resort is beautiful with tropical flowers and bananas growing right outside your doorstep. The pool is gorgeous and you look out on a golf course. So much fun to be able to walk to stores and restaurants and to the beach Only problem was they gave us the wrong code to the gate. They need to update that.
We've staying in the area many times, but never at the Fairway Villas. It's my favorite now. Great location, pool and unit. ALOHA!
We live in Oahu but have lived in Tokyo and Singapore for many years. We have stayed at Fairway Villas multiple times, but this was my first time in this unit. This property is well-appointed and comfortable, and communication from the rental company was excellent!
We look forward to renting again in the future.
This was a 3rd floor condo. It was a great place, as expected.
Amazing property. Beautiful condo- has all the amenities you could need including 4 beach chairs, umbrellas,beach towels, beach bags and multiple coolers! Absolutely will return walking distance to shopping , restaurants and grocery. Long walk/ short drive to Waikoloa beach ( free) - best sand beach short drive to Hāpuna beach (daily charge). Will definitely return!
Close to the beaches and not to far from Waimea and Hilo as well.
Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as advertised. Check in was smooth and the host very responsive to questions. Appreciated that the apartment was well stocked with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards.
