Fantastic location and wonderful property
Loved the place - clean and great location! Appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen as we cooked a little bit, and beach gear in the garage is great to have!
Ideal location, within walking distance to Queen and King’s Shops and a short drive to A Beach.The ground floor unit with access to outdoor dining and grassy play area for our 5 years old grandson was great. We appreciated use the beach gear and having a garage was a bonus.

We've been to Big Island many times but first time here at Waikoloa Beach Villa's and we will be back! So convenient to stores, restaurants and A-Bay! Any questions/problems were immediately dealt with by Property Management. Planning our next trip in October 2024 and we most definitely will be staying at this location again.

The condo was very nice, and everyone we met was friendly. There were two pools, and hot tubs that were extremely relaxing, and just a quick walk across the lawn. It had big monkey pod trees and well-maintained landscaping. The garage had beach gear, including chairs. We could see Mauna Kea from the lanai. The beach is close, as well as many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. There is a lot of places to walk (or drive) and explore. We saw several green sea turtles, one on the sand just resting and several in the ocean. There are several golf courses, too. Our family had an amazing time there.

Beach chairs, umbrella, & towels were great to have. We ate on the patio each morning. Kitchen is good but a few pans need updating. All in all good stay.

Absolutely a fabulous property! I would recommend it even to a picky person. It is close to restaurants, shops, and a nice market. And the beach is close by. The condo was in tip top condition.
One minor note to you and please don’t publish it. The main shower drain was slow. It is no big deal. I poured hot water down it but it did not improve. You might try drano. All the drains worked perfectly. I had trouble getting in the first time. I called. I was immediately helped.

Perfect place to get away to. Close to multiple beaches and when we were done at the beach for the day we were able to comfortably relax on the property. Offering 2 pool options and plenty of greenery, made our vacation worth while.

I love the smell of Plumeria, the beautiful grounds and convienince of the shopping centers and beach. Ann Marie and Cindy were fabulous, friendly and very helpful!
