The location was great, but that's about all. The beds were too soft and pillows were flat, uncomfortable. No dish drainer to put dishes in after washing. Wrong size coffee filters. Couch was uncomfortable, pillows kept sliding out when you would sit on them. Check in was confusing.
Sofa bed was very dirty and collapsed when we sat. No paper towels and enough bath tissue. Very noisy because the room located behind of elevators…I don’t recommend to stay at this place when someone have plan to visit Waikiki.
The apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The kitchen was nice, but need dish towels to dry dishes. The carpeting looks tired and needs replacing. I had to get workman in to get the bathroom outlet to work and showbar put back on the wall of shower. I liked the fact there was free parking. Beds were comfortable and overall great location.

Hall way smelled. Room was drab and dirty and also smelled. It was not as pictured on website. We stayed one night as we arrived late and were tired. We found a different hotel and left the next day. Expedia should not have this property on its site.
Wonderful condo in a calm part of Waikīkī. Amazing view of Diamond Head from the balcony. Unit was clean with helpful amenities like rice cooker! The parking was very convenient once we figured out how to access it.
Very nice option to stay just off the busy Waikiki beach strip. We didn’t have the view of Diamondhead from our apartment but was nice overall.
Great location and convenient on-site free parking. Everything worked well and we did not have any issues. It would have been nice if the kitchen had some basic things like spices or oil for cooking. We ended up buying a lot and then just left it. Again, great location.
Contacting the owner or property management was hard or I should say no respond. Also, not enough towels or toilet paper for 4 peoples.
After traveling all day with multiple delays, we were very tired. We arrived at the property only to find we were locked out. The property owner did not give us checkin procedures prior to arriving and it took us over an hour sitting in the hallway to get access to the property. I’m very unsatisfied with the poor communication we had prior to arrival. Since we arrived the communication improved. But overall it was disappointing. The property during the time we were there was under some maintenance and we were without power and air conditioning the entire time we were there. Even though we were made aware of this, but unfortunately we were unable to cancel and book another place because we were informed only a week prior to occupancy. We tried to make the mosey of it but I would not recommend renting this unit in the future.

The check in was a little frustrating and got no response for over an hour of waiting. There was no English spoken on the recorded call for the host. Very frustrating! The condo was clean and had a more than adequate kitchen.
Location excellent. Very nice to have a parking space. Nice to have beach chairs. Chairs on balcony and seats in kitchen are not comfortable. Furniture, carpet and curtains need updating. Manager responsive.
Great location, free parking is a plus. Nice place to stay for mid range price.
This was my second stay at the unit. Very convenient and parking included is a plus. The check-in was a breeze b/c I knew the process from previous stay.

My family of 4 (toddlers ages 2 and 4) stayed here for 9 nights
Pros:
-Great location, easy 5 min walk to Waikiki strip, ABC store and zoo close by
-Parking is included!!!! (floors 2 to 5), we never had a problem finding a parking stall any time of the day, it was great, huge savings in our pocket on having parking included
-Spacious, my kids had room to run around and play in the living room
-Views were spectacular, diamond head view and ocean you can see the surfers and waves in the ocean
-24th floor, so didn't hear much noise outside when windows are closed
-Condo right next to the elevator, so easy to go in and out of building
-Amenities included gym, pool and BBQ area
-AC and ceiling fan in living room and bedroom were great
-Host provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, most kitchen necessities
- water temp was great
Cons
- Although it was clean when we arrived, the condo was a little outdated (the pictures need to be updated)
- definitely needs some loving care from the host as things needed to be replaced like the bedroom curtain (ripped), balcony chairs and tables were rusted, one of the kitchen bar stool legs were broken (dangerous to sit on), toilet paper holder was already broken on arrival
- carpets should be replaced to something easier to clean, for this day and age, it would save so much headache from the host
- light bulbs didn't work in the bedroom so we had to do everything in the dark when we arrived (late check-in)

the Waikiki Sunset was a great location, close to a beach, food and walking to Waikiki. The best was the parking spot. Be sure to get into the room first and bring down the parking permit so that you can show to the parking attendant to park. Personnel and security at the building were very good. Communication with the property management was mediocre. We did not receive our cleaning deposit in a timely manner in my opinion. I had to call to try and contact them to find out when and how our deposit was being returned and was asked to go through email which was not included in the email correspondence. It was finally returned about 25 days after the stay, but if I did not call and ask for specifics it may not have happened. So be vigilant and after your stay.
Nice cute little condo next to Waikiki beach and the shopping row. Balcony was nice, place was clean, and more than we ever needed.
Only complaint is that it was annoying to check in, get the pass, go back downstairs and park the car to go upstairs.
We had a great stay at this apartment. The view from the balcony is fantastic with sights of the ocean and Diamond head. Its also a great location only 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The parking is also super convenient if you have a car. Some of the furnishings and interior are a bit dated, but it didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again as it is a wonderful beach apartment with full kitchen and free parking.

I arrived late evening. Lights in the bedroom was not working. Carpet had too dirty with stains everywhere. Door lock was not working properly. I didn't feel safe to stay at all so I left in 20min
LIght in the bedroom was not working. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains. top door lock system was not working with some broken parts on the door lock system.
Looks unsafe and dirty so I could not stay and just left the property and sent to Vrvo with all the pictures taken to request full refund and booked different hotel

The place is good for us 4 and clean. closes to every things. We hiked to see sun rise in the morning, and enjoyed the walk for the sun set. Hope to come back soon. Thamks for let us stay.

There was a misunderstanding at the beginning on my end, but aside that it was wonderful and would highly recommend it if visiting Oahu! Walking distance to the beach and many shops!

Would be good to have the option tu put TV in the bedroom.
